Die Lage des Piano Forte ist super, man ist in ca. 20 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof bzw. Innenstadt. Direkt vor der Tür fährt die Straßenbahn. Auch die Südvorstadt an sich ist eine nette Gegend mit einigen Cafés und Restaurants. Der Check-In war sehr unkompliziert. Die Unterkunft wurde liebevoll eingerichtet und man fühlt sich direkt wohl.
Das Zimmer war sauber, aber unter dem Bett haben wir Staub gefunden. Für 84€ die Nacht in einer Unterkunft mit geteilten Sanitäranlagen war das unserer Meinung nach unangemessen.
