“The villa is not modern style, but enough clean. We arrived just after terrible cyclone, but the house and terrace were will cleaned. Due to the cyclone, our fight was delayed about 6 hours, but a host Marianna was waiting for us. She was so nice and kind. The private pool was just perfect. The point we love most was BBQ terrace and the view from there. The sun set was breathtaking . “This was my second stay at Ideales, the first being in a bigger villa last year. The villas are very clean, airconditioned and have lovely pools. There is a great ambience. There are restaurants within walking distance. The only negatives would be that the wifi is not great. ( This was last year too). It drops quite a lot. THe kitchen could also do with a few more large dishes and bowls for the nights you cook at home and have nothing to put food into for serving. Other than that, it is...

“This retreat hotel is close to the airport. Argostoli is about 20 mins drive. Room was spacious with a small kitchen. Access to beach is a short 2 min drive from hotel. Staff was attentive and gave us useful travel tips and driving directions. Restaurant menu offered limited choices but we were able to pre-order seafood dishes in advance and the hotel chef then ordered from the local fish market. We noticed water to contain sediment not sure if because of water filtering or water salt issues. ”
