"Simple rooms with VERY comfortable beds, at a great price. The lobby was nice, but we were surprised to be treated rudely at the front desk when we asked for information about how to get tickets to ride the shuttle that picks up people right in front of the hotel, every 20 minutes. We were told "I have no idea." I flagged a fellow guest who told me the simple answer -- you buy them at the blue truck out front beginning at 7:00. Perhaps this person had just started the job in the last hour and truly didn't know, but we learned not to ask the front desk for help for anything."
