The bathroom was outdoors but was not well maintained. The surfaces were grimy and old. Also it was super humid and filled with mosquitos. The towels were also dirty and stained. The staff was friendly but we saw a rat eating from the bar. We were the only guests on site, and the room was dirty with cobwebs in the corners and ants on the floor. The hotel really needs to be updated and there needs to be a better standard of cleanliness.

the hotel has two rooms category.. old and new; if you have a new one then the hotel room seems nice but the old one needs to have more maintenance.

Nice

Really enjoyed staying here so much that I extended my stay 2 extra nights for convenience. Breakfast was good, standard, the staff was friendly and communication was too much of an issue, location was central enough to what I wanted to see but with a scooter it really doesn’t matter where you stay on the island. For the price I think it was great!

Taos House is great for the price! The staff is friendly, the rooms are spacious, the pool is nice, breakfast good enough! It’s a 10 min walk to mushroom beach, min walk to a great restaurant down the road called L Good Bar and Grill. 25-30 min walk to the yellow bridge. I didn’t like the scooters so I walked but if you have a scooter the location is fine as everything is close enough! The only negative which really isn’t much of an issue is that the doors aren’t super sound proof so if you’re a light keeper just being ear plugs. I didn’t have any trouble sleeping though.

Beautiful hotel with service minded staff

We had a very pleasant stay at Tao's house. The hotel is well kept after and has a beautiful garden with a nice pool area. The owner and the staff were very helpful, friendly and service minded. They were so sweet to our little son! We will definitely stay at Tao's House again when we return to Nusa Lembongan.

We had a wonderful visit to Nusa Lembongan and Taos. Everyone in the staff was very helpful and happy. The hotel has a good location and by scooter you can go anywhere on the 2 islands. The only thing we had a problem with was the internet, it was super slow and not suitable for students/workers who rely on it. I would really recommend anyone to stay at Taos, you'll have a wonderful time!

Nice clean hotel with a great pool

Really close to mushroom beach and within a 10 min scooter ride of dream beach, sunset beach, coconut beach and ceningan island. It's not in the "downtown" area of lembongan but it's nice because it's a bit quieter and you're still in walking distance of mushroom beach. The pool is amazing and the rooms are spotlessly clean. The staff is super friendly and Putu and his wife check in on you everyday to make sure everything is going ok.

Up the hill from Mushroom Bay

Located a 10 min walk up the hill from Mushroom Bay. No see view, but a v nice little garden around a small, elevated pool. Outdoor connecting bathrooms. Air con, but check if yr room has it. Simple breakfast. V friendly family and staff.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet hotel. L'acceuil y a été tres agréable. On y a profité de la petite terrasse et de la douche en extérieure. L'espace piscine est agréable mais un peu bruyant car pres de la route. Un peu décu par le petit déjeuner; le personnel comprenait tres mal l'angalis... Sinon la position de l'hitel est bonne car proch de mushroom beach et sunset point

Wunderbare Tage auf Lembongan

Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und herzlich zu kulturellen Ereignissen in der Dorfgemeinschaft eingeladen. Das Erkunden der Insel liess sich wunderbar umsetzen mit einem gemieteten Roller. Empfehlungen zu besonderen Aussichtspunkten und Sunset Lokalitäten haben wir gefunden und genossen. Rundum eine tolle Zeit - wir kommen wieder!
