The hotel staff was fantastic and helpful, and we ate at the restaurant every night. The shuttle to the airport is not free, but required no work on our part. The location is very close to the Plaza Principal, and is very quiet at night.

ELENA de COBRE is a beautiful hotel. The restaurant is good but I personally enjoy a beer with my tacos and a glass of wine with my steak. There is no alcohol here. Also the room descriptions on Expedia and the hotels website are different so there's a chance you'll end up with a different room than expected.

What a hidden gem! The service from the moment we arrived was impeccable. Such a kind and friendly staff. We felt so welcomed. They let us have a very late dinner. Food and drinks - incredible! And of course, the design is out of this world. Highly recommend.

Enjoyed my stay

We stayed there for 7 nights. The staff was amazing. The hotel inside was beautiful and only a 10 minute walk from Centro. The only concern my wife had was the lighting in the room. She wished they had a some kind of makeup mirror with a bright light. Considering that was the only concern we would definitely come back.

I really enjoyed my stay! I was not too sure about it, so I only booked one night! After staying there, we de used to extend our time here. It is very convenient! The rooms are spacious, clean, welcoming, and beds are super comfortable. The hotel has a great restaurant and bar! Andar, our bartender was great! The front office suggested we go try Las tias restaurant for lunch! We did, and we were super satisfied! Strongly recommend this place!

Modern, clean, good location

Most modern and close to main attractions hotel we could find. The pool was more like a kiddie pool - shallow and no more than 12 people would be comfortable. The restaurant was out of most menu items when we went for dinner (only went bc it was raining). It makes me think that they don’t keep it stocked bc they aren’t busy. But the staff were great and really helpful! Overall, we’d stay again for the clean, modern rooms and proximity to the downtown area.

It's a brand new design hotel and the interior is just amazing! Hotel staff is really friendly and the manager took some time to talk to us personally. Definitely recommend staying here.

This is a nice hotel but certainly not a 5 star experience. The rooms are essentially basic Marriott rooms with some upgraded finishes and very dark. Masculine. The front desk is fantastic, but this is a boutique hotel with basic amenities. Architecture is interesting. Close in the center of León. For the price, you could essentially go to any top tier hotel.

The property was very nice I loved the aesthetic. But the surrounding areas seemed pretty shady. Also the bathroom shower wasn’t very clean. There was dust and some dirt in and around the toilet and bathroom. And the bed was not comfortable at all.
