“Excellent location, staff were great, hotel was clean- although we had to ask twice on a 4night stay for our room to be cleaned and refilled with water and toiletries as neither had been done by 5pm. Rooms are very small so not quite value enough for money. If rates were cheaper it would’ve been more understandable but navigating room and bathroom was tricky when in ski attire! ”

“Séjour incroyable. Le chalet est magnifique, la chambre triple très grande et hyper bien meublée. La mezzanine est un vrai plus. Le personnel est au petit soin. Excellent petit déjeuner avec des produits faits maison. Le sauna et le bain chaud extérieur sont parfaits après le ski. Merci encore !”

“A 3 star hotel masquerading as a 4* one because it has a ‘spa’. Very tired in places especially around the spa area and corridors was in terrible condition. Being shown to your room through the underground car park wasn’t the best start. Paper cups in the rooms really cheap. Though the room was clean, and of nice decor, modern and a good view the bathroom was tired.
