The tap was hanging off the sink in the room.There was only 1 of 4 toilets working on our floor the others were locked off. The toilet that was working had a very dirty floor and there was no sink or soap anywhere to was your hands. I decided that showering was not an option as that was dirty too. "Check in was easy. Staff were friendly and efficient. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The bedding and towels were fresh and quite new. The shower room was very clean and the shower was nice hot and powerful. We paid extra for the breakfast. The coffee was very good and the selection of breads, pastries, yogurts, cereals, juice, boiled eggs, cheese, fresh fruit, dried fruits and butter, jams etc was great.
