"Staff was very friendly and concerned. Best breakfast I’ve had on this 2 month trip. Good location for the off season and would be a great location during the ski season!! Don’t hesitate- we’ll worth the stay!!"

"Great hotel, well located. Solid breakfast too. You can use also their parking in Andorra la Vella if you stay in Palome (just ask reception). Magda was great and provided us excellent recommendations, thank you again."

"En arrivant, hotel fermé, il faut aller chercher sa clef a 1 km. Sur place, la gérante ne trouve pas trace de notre réservation, et pour cause, elle ne l'a pas enregistrée, nius attibut une chambre par defaut, nous affirmant que toutes ses chambres sont identiques, découvrons sur place une petite chambre d une 12 m2 environs ??? Alors que nous avions réservé une chambre familiale beaucoup plus grande ... qui existe bien sur les plans dr l hotel et sur l annonce en ligne. Je ne qualilifierai...
