Clean and comfortable

Great place! You won’t be disappointed. It was very clean and comfortable and everyone was very friendly. The 30 minute spa time was an added bonus.

Underwhelming

We had been expected more of a luxe experience. This was the most expensive booking during our trip around Mont Blanc and we were quite underwhelmed. The room was basic and lacked charm, amenities such as tea and coffee were average (no milk), no fridge. Breakfast was an add on cost despite the room already being quite expensive. Main facilities were okay, just not 4 star. However, we did enjoy an excellent dinner which we thought was reasonably priced and very tasty.

Very average hotel, too expensive for what you get. The rooms/decor are quite dated, there’s not much surrounding the hotel (one supermarket, 1-2 cafes). The staff weren’t very helpful, and wouldn’t let us eat any of our own food in any of the common areas (terrace, lobby) - what a ridiculous policy! Stay elsewhere if you’re able to.

Très bon emplacement, devant la télécabine Mont-joie, donc très pratique. Belle vue sur les dômes de Miage. La demi heure de jacuzzi sauna est très agréable après la journée dans la neige. Et surtout, surtout, nous avons excellemment bien mangé au restaurant de l’hôtel, très soigné, très raffiné, pour un prix très correct. Le seul point noir, c’est le café! Poudre dans la chambre, pas de machine, et le café du petit dej à revoir… pas digne d’un 4 étoiles

Très familial et agréable

Très bon établissement en dehors du centre et côté télécabine ( surement une ambiance différente l’hiver) nous sommes et habitons en haute Savoie et avions prévu de dormir ici pour être tôt pour notre balade en montagne ! Piscine sécurisée : dommage il faisait pas beau ! Service sandwich ou panier repas pratique pour nous pour partir tranquille en rando ( et c’etait Bon) bon restaurant agréable et avec une volonté de gastro mais on a très bien mangé ! Petit déjeuner prévu pour la rando avec un super choix ...( petit bémol bruit venant de la rue assez important mais en fermant la fenêtre c’etait Ok et pas la faute de l’hôtel , poubelle sdb non vidée )

We stayed at this lovely hotel one night, but thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It has the best food and friendly staff. We got great ideas of how to do a day hike and it was great.
