"Beautiful views of surroundings including stunning sea view from the outdoor area. Great nearby hiking and running conditions. However, the apartments and other facilities need to be refurbished. The lack of air condition (only a fan in the kitchen ceiling - nothing in the sleeping room) severely affected sleep and general wellbeing. A leaky toilette generating constant noise. The outdoor pool looks great at the pictures but was not fresh, the water was not clear and the only shower did not...

"Die Lage der Unterkunft ist echt super. Bei den Garden View Zimmern hat man einen schönen Ausblick auf den Park und dahinter das Meer. Der Supermarkt und Bäcker ist sehr nah, genauso wie der Park und Strand. Zum Zentrum muss man ein paar Minuten gehen. "Really enjoyed our stay at the Ultonia. Excellent location for the Cathedral and Old Town area of Girona. Quick and easy from the bus and train station. Rooftop bar was fantastic, great cocktails and excellent views. All staff were super friendly and accommodating- helping us to get a taxi to the airport very quickly! "
