Nous avions réservé une chambre pour 5 personnes, quand nous sommes arrivés on nous a dis qu'une telle chambre n'existait pas. Nous avons du prendre une seconde chambre. Il est inadmissible de vendre un produit et de ne pas s'assurer qu'il existe.

Les images parlent d’eux même… loin de valoir 85€ pour une nuit sans oublier aucune serviette à disposition, les odeurs de fioul dans le couloir et une rue assez bruyante surtout quand on laisse la fenêtre ouverte pour la chaleur

J arrive hier dimanche 16h hotel fermé. Sur la porte il y a un numéro de téléphone j appelle la personne elle me dit j ai u.e réservation qu a partir de demain. Il me dit j arrive 10mn le voilà Je vais vous préparer votre chambre 30mn d attente Il me votre resa est a partire de demain pour 2 nuits pour 2 perdonnes je lui montre ma confirmation a partir d aujourd hui pour 1 nuit pour 3 personnes
