“My daughter and I felt welcome from the first time we walked in the lobby. Giving us rewards and free dinner vouchers. Usually this treatment happens if you are upset but we were happy from start to finish. The wave pool was a big plus! The lifeguard even turned on the slides for us when we were the only ones in there. More hotels can learn from this and be proactive with there guests instead of reactive to there guest. We will always stay here when in town!”
