Staff friendly. Room condition sketchy

While the woman who checked me in was kind and efficient, the condition of the room was barely what I paid for. I was in town for the rodeo and that was worth it. This motel is not expensive and it showed. It’s ok if you need a place to sleep in a jam but not advisable if you have young children. We managed ok but things like the shower didn’t work.

Given the price and location the Cedars is a dive bar hotel. breakfast was coffee and cereal. Repairs are needed and the filters on the air conditioners need cleaned. The beds were clean and firm.

Front desk people were very nice and hospitable. This is a motel...nightly and weekly rooms...everyone was friendly. The room needed some attention, outdated furniture and bedding. Bathroom had a hole in wall above shower and was in dire need of a paint job. Overall, a basic motel with nice people at the front desk.

Bed bugs. 2 nights where both of us could not sleep. Itching all over the body with welts in the morning. Going to the Idaho Department of Health to notify them. Unacceptable.

This motel was dirty, uncared for and needed some major repairs. The bathroom needs a new tub, some paint, the toilet jiggled and there was missing tiles on the floor. The floor in the room itself was spongy, so there are obvious underlying problems.

The bathroom had black mold in it and the walls were dirty. The bed was broken down on one side and my husband and I were on two separate beds. It was freezing cold in the room and we turned on the heat only to smell that the wring smelled off, so we turned it back off. The office where I checked in smelled of smoke, I would not ever stay at this motel again.

Disgusting - stay away!

It was awful. Front office smells strongly of cigarettes. Our room wreaked of cigarettes and cat pee. We also diacovered our bed was infested with bedbugs. Chexked out early to a simple, I'm sorry. Disgusting place! I want my momey back.
