Staff was very helpful and polite. Staff dealt with unruly patron and their guests professionally. Asked them to leave, giving us confidence on their comittment to hotel safety. Property is older but room was upgraded. Room smell could be improved. Larger inroom fridge. Microwave and in room coffee. It was a fine stay given the really low price point. Plenty of parking. Easy late checkout options. Bed wasnt too hard. I will go back.

A Great Super 8!

If you are in the Lewiston, ME area for business, pleasure, or just need a place for a short period of time, I HIGHLY recommend coming to this Super 8 Hotel. It's quiet, clean, updated and sleek. It is not your typical Super 8 Hotel. It has class and style. In Addition, the management here is super friendly, respectful, and professional. I will definitely keep coming here if I ever need to. Thank you Super 8 of Lewiston!

Ok-ish for a work trip

The place is well cared for and clean. Room was in good shape. My first night someone tried to break down my door. Might have been a confused drunk-I’m not sure. Some people smoking weed across the hall which doesn’t seem cool in a hotel. I had a nice lobster roll in the restaurant next door.

The rooms seem to currently be under renovations. Our room was rather unclean. Might have been dusty from the ongoing Renos. The staff was very nice. I feel like this place is going through a transition period and it’ll get much better.

Worst hotel I've ever seen :(

We chose to stay a night in Lewiston because Portland was unaffordable, but we regretted not paying a little extra to get a minimal level of cleanliness. We thought we would get a clean, basic room, but it was terrible. I never thought it would be possible to get such a bad room in a big hotel chain like Super 8. The beds were clean but I doubt that the rest of the room had been cleaned. We decided right away that we weren't going to use the shower (the curtain pole was falling and the bath was so dirty). There were cigarette burns everywhere: on the fridge, on the toilet bowl, in the sink, on the carpet, on the chair... At midnight, someone knocked on our door (which didn't have a lock other then the magnetic card), twice. We were freaked. When I yelled that the room is occupied, we just heard someone mumble and try other doors. We didn't see the continental breakfast but even if there was one, we wouldn't have tried it. To be fair, the staff was really friendly and nice. It's a family that just acquired the building, I hope they'll be able to do updates in the rooms and keep the business going!

The room was basically OK. The heater made a lot of variable sounds, which kept us from sleeping deeply. The sheets were a little rough. But otherwise it was quiet. It was fine. The room itself was in need of some paint in places.
