The front desk employee charged my card prior to me arriving and i was not intending on using that bank card to pay for the room. I always ( for 8 month's) click the pay at property option when booking and I've never had this happen before ( 8 ) month's of traveling ( monthly) and even stayed here before and this did not happen... She was not the person that was here in December when i stayed here so I'm not sure if she's new.. She wa rude when i was asking for clarification on why she processed or authorized payment of the room prior to my arrival...

I loved their staff. They were so polite and nice, and helpful. Whenever I need to stay in Lexington, I will stay there.

Front desk employee offered later checkout if we needed it since my son was having surgery on a very snowy day. Bathroom small but good deal on room. Good breakfast.

Great hotel
Nice budget friendly hotel. All staff, front desk, cleaning, breakfast staff, even maintenance man Richard was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed and that the room was clean with no issues. Excellent breakfast! Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is subpar for the price and area. Bathroom is dim. TV’s are small. In disrepair in several areas and heavy smoke smell.

I could have a wonderful trip to Lexington thanks to all of this hotel's staff. Maybe the hotel is not so new, but it was kept in very nice condition. Hotel staffs were so friendly and considerate that they offered some irregular helps for my sightseeing. And also this hotel run a shuttle to Bluegrass airport in early morning, from 4:30AM. It was very helpful for me (I have no car on this trip) to use a precious travel-time meaningfully. I will reserve this hotel again when I visit Lexington next time. Thank you.

Great staff
The hotel was okay, good value, but the highlight was at breakfast. We were late by about 5 min, and the attendant had already removed most of the food. We looked around, realized it was our fault for being late and were ready to leave, when the attendant Amy noticed us and very kindly offered to bring back food that she had just started putting away in the kitchen. She brought us eggs and sausage that were still warm and offered us cereal, milk, etc. We felt she went above and beyond and really appreciated her graciousness and kindness. We would return because of her! Check-in staff were also very warm & welcoming.

A lovely area of town, very green ad suburban and shopping and dining all around. Nice facility. The staff was uniformly warm and friendly.

Hotel is clean, comfortable and in a great location. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Your staff are super friendly and go to the extreme to make sure our stay is great. Breakfast was very good, plenty of hot and cold choices. We will definately be back!

We just really needed a nice, clean hotel for the night that provided an airport shuttle and breakfast. We were very pleased with how clean and comfortable our room was. Although, we had to leave before breakfast was served, it was so clean and tidy and well set up with what appeared to be lots of options. Staff was so friendly, even came out with some special “treats” for my two grandsons visiting us! My only concern (and I will have to inquire on this), is why my receipt says $190, while my bank statement is showing a $220 charge. Otherwise, extremely satisfied.

I left at 4:30 AM in the morning to catch an early flight out of Lexington Airport. There was no coffee whatsoever and what was that was coming. I was not the only one leaving at that time of the morning looking for a cup of coffee. Thank you
