"I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the property looked unsafe, poorly maintained, and more like a drug or prostitution motel than a legitimate hotel. The office was closed, and guests had to check in through a tiny exterior window with no safe indoor lobby area. It did not feel family friendly as advertised. I was initially given the wrong room, although the front desk clerk was kind and helpful in correcting it. Unfortunately, the replacement room was awful. It was dirty, smelled bad, and had crumbs everywhere. The air conditioning did not work at all and would not even turn on despite it being over 90 degrees outside. The smoke detector also went off repeatedly, especially whenever the shower was turned on. The next morning, I spoke with a maintenance worker outside who temporarily stopped the alarm, but he explained he was only an outside contractor and would notify hotel maintenance. No one ever came. The room phone was unusable — missing buttons and not connected to any cord — so I had no reliable way to contact the front desk while my cell phone battery was dying after a full day of travel. The towels were tiny, and there were essentially no amenities provided. I requested a full refund, but I keep being told the manager is unavailable or will “call back.” I booked through Expedia, and even they have received the same response from the hotel with no follow-up. Do not stay at this hotel."
