โThe accommodation itself was satisfactory. However, although I made advance payment at HOTELS.COM, the hotel charged again for the room with my credit card. I informed the hotel of my double billing through HOTELS.COM but the hotel did not respond for nearly a week. I stayed at the end of March and managed to get a refund in mid-April. Instead of apologizing, the hotel sent only the refund receipt by email without a word of greeting. I was very disappointed and upset.โ
โWe had a comfortable stay in this gorgeous historic hotel. We needed and enjoyed a quiet night here with a nice dinner in the lounge. Definitely recommend!โ
โWe loved our stay and wish we couldโve been there for more than a night. We reserved a room with a balcony/patio and loved hanging out listening to the live music down the street. The patios do connect to the larger hotel patio so they arenโt fully private. Highly recommend staying here when visiting old town Fort Collins!โ
