Heel bijzonder hotel zowel met als zonder kinderen. Bezoek aan het bijzondere zwembad is een must maar ook andere dingen te zien of doen. Op loopafstand van centrum en ‘Libieg’s Small Town’, voor die laatste wel even heuvel op. Enige minpuntje: de muzak van de gangen is ook ín de kamer te horen en dat wordt wat irritant. Gelukkig gaat die om 21u uit tot 9u volgende ochtend.

Ein riesiges Hotel! Sehr schöne und saubere Zimmer bei denen nichts fehlt! Mehrere Restaurants und eine Bar, wo es auch kaffee und mehlspeisen gibt. Mit was wir bei der beschreibung „Wellness-Hotel“ nicht gleich gerechnet hätten: es ist ein Kinderparadies und dementsprechend viele Kinder dort. Es gibt einen Aquapark, Funpark, spielautomaten etc der keine Kinderwünsche offen lässt! Ruhe findet man - außer im Saunabereich - nicht ganz so leicht… auch beim frühstück sitzt man mit gefühlt 200 kindern im Raum! Ist natürlich nicht negativ gemeint, nur dass man weiß was einen erwartet!

Das gesamte Hotel ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die angebotenen Aktivitäten waren Mega und auch vom Preis her super. Beim Essen gibt es auch nichts negatives, es war alles was wir hatten sehr lecker.

Great activities for kids all around. IQlandia is amazing as well! The food in the hotel is of an industrial level and bad quality. The rooms are very hot, you can not open any window and the AC is not working properly. The hotel is huge and not well indicated what is where. Can be a nightmare to find the pool or the restaurant. The reception is friendly and professional.

Hluk na pokoji, který jsem dostal hned vedle výtahu, chybějící resp žádný toal papír (!), velmi malý pokoj. Problém se snídaní, i přes ujištění recepce že je v ceně. Velmi složitá orientace v hotelu. Nedoporučuji vzhledem k mé zkušenosti.

Frühstück ist gut aber völlig überlaufen. Viel zu viele Menschen für ein kleines Buffet. Das Bad ist auch völlig überlaufen. Und auf die Bowling Bahn kommt man überhaupt nicht. Alle Attraktionen können auch von Besuchern außerhalb des Hotels besucht werden und sind somit teils stark frequentiert.

Bad ist o. K. Sehr lautes Zimmer an einer sehr befahrenen Stassenkreuzung. Fensteroffen war wegen Auspuffgase und Lärm nicht möglich. Das 2. Schlafzimmer war ein Durchganszimmer ohne Fenster, Es war unzumutbar. Zimmerservice gab es erst einen Tag später aber nur nach Beanstandung beim Servicepersonal. Frühstücksraum war überfüllt, laut und das Büfett klein, Essenangebot übersichtlich.

Das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig. Vor allem die durch die Zimmertür konnte man jedes auf dem Flur stattfindende Gespräch bestens mitverfolgen. Das Hotel bietet ein Schwimmbad und verschiedene Freizeitmöglichkeiten, die allesamt im Keller liegen bzw. kein Tageslicht abbekommen. Für Kinder ein Paradies, als Eltern fühlten wir uns ehr wie in einem Gefängnis. Sobald man das Hotel auf Seite der Rezeption betritt riecht man direkt das am anderen Ende der Hotelanlage befindliche Chlorwasser des Schwimmbades.

Einmal ok, aber dann wars das auch

Wir haben uns vom Aufenthalt ein bisschen mehr erwartet. Aquapark im Babylon und IQLandia sind schon sehr interessant und machen Spaß. Lunapark ist so lala... Gastronomie ist an sich ok, allerdings nicht so das wir sagen würden es war eine Köstlichkeit. Zumal man auch bei allen gastronomischen Einrichtungen zum Abendessen reservieren muss, sonst bekommt man keinen freien Platz, da wie gesagt alle Tische bereits reserviert sind.
