Great hotel but staff needs training on shuttles. We arrived asked about how early the shuttles run as we had an early flight and needed to be on a 5am shuttle. Staff informed me that was not a problem and shuttles start at 5am and go every 15mins. We arrived at 5 the next morning only to be told that any shuttle before 8am had to be pre booked and they were unable to accommodate us till 5:30am so we had to wait. For a airport hotel that doesnt have alot of flights going out you would think they would have a better idea of shuttles and how to mange them. Same problem happened to another family as well and they were not happy either.

This property is mediocre at best. Queen beds are barely doubles. Walls are paper thin. No fan in bathroom. Door lock was broken and not repaired when asked. Sub par Hilton experience across the board.

This is a pretty new hotel extremely close to the airport. The grounds are wonderfully kept as the hotel is only a year and a half old. The staff was welcoming. They have a new pool, don't forget to ask the lobby for a towel before you go. Dining in the hotel was limited but they do offer a free breakfast, and close proximity to other food options. The beds are new the only disappointment in the room was that the walls are thin. I could hear both our neighbors baby and hall traffic. I picked this hotel for their closeness to airport and they have a free shuttle to and from. We had an early flight and I wanted to make sure to be on time. The other disappointment is that the shuttle was late. I scheduled a pick up at 5:30am but they did not get there until 5:45am. Luckily this is not a huge airport. But again for a stay close to the airport you could not beat the location.

Beautiful hotel and an amazing pool. Our room was perfect. We really enjoyed the breakfast, pool and gym. Unfortunately, there is not much to do in this area. Good news : Starbucks, subway, PFK are next to the hotel.
