“So when I booked this resort through Expedia, the night I arrived to the resort I called the number and was trying to check in. It was a very unorthodox way to check in. “Overall it was a good option and would go back. A few things to note. If you’re in a low floor in the Palm Tower you can use the stairs. Elevator services rooms, restaurant and car park and takes forever to arrive. No recycling whatsoever. And no concern of staff “just throw the plastic bottles in the garbage”.
