"Staff was helpful Room Clean although a little dusty"

"This place was a dump. It needs to be condemned. It's a highly unsanitary environment. I had to have my room switched three times. From the glass mirrors not being cleaned to the particles of trash on the floor and such. There was stains on the towels I had to request new ones. In the room have it old musty older possibly of smoke. The shower will not turn off completely. The overall appearance in the hotel is terrible from the ceilings to floors there were ketchup on the walls. The furniture had definitely collected dust. Writing on the wall. Spills or splashes on furniture not cleaned. Bath tub needs caulking and base of tub and surrounding wall base boards. The breakfast was atrocious, every floor was gross as far as the hallways. This place is not kept up or investigated into. The city needs to make them do something about the safety and health concerns here"

"No parking on site. We parked at a garage 2 blocks away which wasn't that bad. AC worked fine and felt uncomfortable. Staff was attentive and helpful."

"Parking is very safe and easy. Some areas in the hotel can be noisy. The rooms should be non smoking however I can still smell smoke through my bathroom vents. The rooms themselves however for the most part were cleans. Place needs a little upgraded. Breakfast is offered and the shuttle service is nice. "

"Overall, everything about the stay was good , the room, service, and location met expectations. However, the main reason I wouldn’t choose this hotel again is the TV setup. There were no apps like Netflix or YouTube, and no easy way to connect or cast from a phone. Traveling with a child, this made it difficult to keep them entertained with movies or shows. If the hotel updates the TVs to include streaming options or casting, I would definitely consider staying again."

"Great hotel near the PHL airport. Front staff is excellent, nice bar, gym is in nicely setup, and the Delta Pantry is an added bonus for elite Bonvoy members"
