Small hotel, 2 floors. Quiet and quaint in historic ligionier. Breakfast has many options. Rooms were clean. Small tv in room but we were not there to watch tv so it was fine. Cute local shops nearby.

The bathrooms are very dated, poorly put together, ripped shower curtains, mold on ceiling & around bath tub. Tub seemed to have blocked pipe. Foreign hair in bathroom. Overall air was stuffy and bad (bedroom/hall/breakfast room), bedroom windows could not be opened (My youngest child woke up with breathing difficulties). Despite advertised as a “non-smoking” hotel, there was a constant breeze or cigarette smoke coming up to the 1st floor. (I doubted the cleanliness of the sheets/pillow case.) Beds were comfortable. Hotel is close to the heart of Ligonier. Staff was friendly & helpful.

The only issue I had was that the cleaning team was very noisy in the halls outside of the rooms.

Clean hotel for the age of the building. Building definitely is due for an update. You cannot beat the location. Everything the town has to offer is a short walk away.

There was nothing good about this property! All the doors were rotted! The doors were in need of cleaning ! The property was in need of painting! The parking lot had trash all around. Moss and mold on the fencing. Weeds everywhere ! If it wasn’t for no rooms for available in the 50 mile radius, I would have left ! It’s a disgrace to have the name Ramada attached to this property !

Have stayed here before. Convenient for our purpose of travel. Always clean and staff was informative and accommodating. For others traveling, Limited options for dining or take out which does not reflect on the Hotel.

Served it’s purpose
The girl on check in desk was very nice and accommodating!! Our bed was very comfortable. I felt the room could have been cleaner as far as cleaning closer to baseboards . Bath was somewhat clean , excellent shower!!

Was not to happy with the breakfast both mornings that we stayed at the hotel. Nothing was fresh or refilled. We came down and there was still a good half hour left until breakfast was over. There was no milk for cereal, no toast or bagels, eggs was gone and sausage there wasn’t hardly any left. And apple juice and orange juice was not refilled!

Overall the stay was ok. Tub did not drain well and the refrig kept going into defrost mode so it was always wet in the frig. The place needs updating. It looked the same the last time i was there in 1996.

Shower handle was dysfunctional. Shower had no pressure at all. Worst shower ever at a hotel. The town and surrounding area is so down trodden. Won't go again.

NEVER EVER GO THERE! NIGHTMARE! BED BUGS!
NEVER GO THERE. Very dirty. All night I was bitten by the bed bugs. Pillows were in horrible condition. Carpet is old, dirty and smelly. shower did not work, you have to use all your strength to make it work. Carpet bug made to my shoe bag. Luckily, leaving all the carry on bags, clothings, shoes outside for 2 days saved us. NEVER GO THERE.

It's a nice hotel but they advertise room service Called and it rang for,10+min. Called front desk and was told they didn't have any staff for room service. Never offered and info on where we could eat close by. Or any explanation as to why we weren't told this at check-in

the mold and mildew and stagnant air caused my astham to kick in to where I thought I would check out,,, second year where this terribale air quality of the halls, stairwells .. I will not be bale to bring my family there again... it is a shame as the only hotel in town! second the front desk was not willing to change my room as requested to adjoining rooms for my grandchildren to be near me.. it was alomost like the ftont desk people could not use computers!

the pool wasnt very clean,was told i was getting a jetted tub that i could upgrade to when i checked in which was not the case.Our was room was booked at least 2 weeks ahead of time or i would have got a room elsewhere
