Everything worked well, very clean room and large bed (also large sofa bed for our toddlers). We only stayed for one night so it worked perfectly. Maybe not ideal for longer period because the room doesn’t have fridge to store snacks/drinks or much storage capacity to organize clothes/lugagge. I like that the toilet room is separated of the bathroom and both have quiet sliding doors that kept the light and noise from our kids while they slept.

It was a lovely hotel. Very clean. Great rooms. Breakfast was really good.

Nothing to do in close proximity. Staff were not welcoming at all. Not enough shelving in the room for personal items. Bathroom stool was used to hold all towels etc.

My feedback is a joined feedback for Expedia and the Bercail Hotel. I paid extra 16 euros on the Expedia site that stated allows me to cancel or change the reservation if needed. I reached out to Expedia to use it. They told me that they need to check with the hotel. At the hotel, nobody was available to approve the request. This should not be the case: the Expedia extra service should not be in conflict with the hotel policy.

We stayed for one night with a family of 6, room are big enough for us. Staff are very nice and helpful. Good parking, their breakfast buffet was good

The hotel has potential for improvement.
The Bercail Hotel offers a modern ambiance, but there are areas for improvement. The carpet is uncomfortable, bed sheets are rough, and bathrooms are inconvenient for shorter individuals. Breakfast lacks non-dairy options, and the scrambled eggs and bacon were disappointing. Unfriendly staff further detracted from the experience. The hotel has potential for improvement, and I wouldn't stay again.

XXL room for 4 ppl+
A clean, hi-tech, and comfy hotel. We like the room design, lights are bright enough,it has two smart TVs , one in living room, one in bed room. Beds are decent size , bedding are high quality. It is not in city center, good for those who are driving. There are a Pizza restaurant and a fishmonger just 1min walk for the hotel. The only missing item is kittle or a coffee machine. It’s a top 3 Star hotel.

La question est en anglais, ce qui est choquant. Quand j'ai réservé dans cet hôtel, je me demandais dans quel endroit j'allais atterrir. La photo publiée par Expedia n'était guère attirante. Aussi quelle ne fut pas ma surprise de découvrir un hôtel moderne et offrant toutes les facilités d'un exxcellent Trois Etoiles. La chambre est spacieuse ; il n'y manque qu'un bon fauteuil pour qu'elle soit parfaite. Le petit déjeuner est très bon (je ne l'ai pris que le jour du départ ). Le bar est un endroit convivial où il est possible de grignoter ou de boire un bon cocktail le soir. Le personnel est compétent et attentionné. Nul doute que le bouche à oreille fonctionnera dans le monde des affaires et que cet hôtel deviendra une destination prisée par les hommes d'affaire. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

WLAN funktionierte nicht, auch nicht auf Nachfrage, Mineralwasser fehlte, Terrasse ohne Tisch, nur zwei metallene Sitzgelegenheiten ohne Polster, gesamte Brüstung verunreinigt (Vogelkot). Zimmer sehr sauber, Bett sehr bequem.

1 ere nuit compliquée car la chambre donne sur une route très passante et la seconde nuit juste à côté de l’escalier donc compliqué L’hôtel est très réactif car il change mes prochaines nuits côté parking et loin de l’escalier Top
