Very bad for the cost. Expected more.
The place was very badly kept. Expected more for the cost. The tv was a computer monitor of 20in with no working channels. The bathroom was dirty and noisy. The rooms were very smelly.

Very good for the price, excellent service
Hotel is a bit outdated but the hotel staff service quite makes you forget about that. I would recommend for a short stay like mine (2-4 days)

Ma premiere chambre la douche était brisé et la seconde la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. Il font le check-in a 3h pm car si tu arrives avant il te charge un 'early check-in' 30 dollards US... Le dejeuner est bon mais il te le charge 8$us si tu le prend! Bien situé mais pas aussi bien que aur le site.

Regular experiencia
Las habitaciones que dan hacia la calle demasiado ruidosas. Las que dan hacia adentro tienen cortinas transparente por lo que entra la luz de los pasillos. En todo caso el personal de la recepción muy amable.

Found By Chance But Meant To Be
Put together a Peru trip on short notice to be with a hospitalized friend in Lima. Found this hotel basically by throwing darts at a board but more or less selected by proximity to hospital. This property in the San Isidro district delivered on everything we needed in lodging. Safe, inviting neighborhood with access to necessities within walking distance. Everyone from the owner on down the staff were inviting, friendly and courteous. My wife and I are seasoned travelers so are able to recognize value for dollar and Basadre Hotel met that criteria. San Isidro and Miraflores districts are going to reflect a bit higher room rates on travel websites but trust it is worth the difference for the safety and comfort. We very much enjoyed our stay and were glad we chose a smaller boutique hotel over the hustle and bustle of the big chain properties.

Very regular hotel. The facilities are very old, the breakfast is not varied. not good. They Demanded the payment of 20 Soles more for washing a towel that had some makeup. Although the staff are very kind the hotel is no good.

Good locale close to the action but not too close!
Basadre Suites is a charming property with larger rooms (at least mine was) by South American size standards. Room and bed were comfortable. The room was a bit older but charming and met my needs at a good price. The breakfast buffet is included and tasty. I had dinner at the restaurant one night, and it was excellent and not too pricey. The hotel staff were really helpful and many spoke more than Spanish. I definitely would stay here again. You can walk to Miraflores and to some pyramids.

小さな落ち着いたホテル。すでに３回利用。ショッピングやレストラン、カフェなどは近くにないので多少不便ながら、周りを歩くのは静かでよい。タクシーはだれでも知っているので使いやすい。

Nice, safe area, nice lobby, but very hard beds, flat pillows, a room smelled like mildew, and it was dangerous to get in/out of shower because of the fixed glass and extreme height of the tub (half way up my thigh, and I am 5'5" tall). Even my 6' tall husband complained of the height.

Nice find in Lima
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel had a lovely little garden and pool to enjoy. I also heard that the light breakfast was tasty however I missed it by sleeping in.

Outstanding location, nice staff.
Nice hotel, in a prime location in Lima. With easy access to gyms, churches, business centres in the area... by walking distance. Very gentle hotel staff. Loved the breakfast and the laundry service. I didn't like how restrictive they were on the phone service and the humidity in the rooms. I understand Lima is like that, but there's got to be de-humidifiers on every room to keep them dry.

Pelo preço acessível imaginei que teria alguma deficiência, porém, há um Café da manha delicioso, quarto confortável e fica evidente o cuidado para que tudo esteja limpo e cuidado. Não acho que seria para crianças. Aproveito esta oportunidade para sugerir ao Hotel a substituição de algumas tomadas que estão com mal contato, assim como da mesa e cadeira dos quartos por modelos mais novos, mas isto não deprecia o quarto. Realmente gostei. Me hospedaria novamente.

Nettes kleines, familiäres Hotel, ohne den Rummel der großen Hotelketten. Sehr freundliches Personal, leckeres Frühstück inklusive, für Lima vergleichsweise ruhige Lage, netter kleiner Garten mit Mini-Pool, gute Verkehrsanbindung in alle Richtungen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe. Für mich das ideale Hotel für meinen geschäftlichen Aufenthalt in Lima.
