We loved the check-in experience as the lady at the desk was super nice and friendly even though it was late at night. Overall a great experience pretty smooth and nice!

The hotel staff were very very loud in the halls right outside my door in the late afternoon. It went on for quite a while, was a little disappointing and unexpected.

The stairwells were dirty. There was a large stain on the carpet in our room. No hot water in the shower. The hot water in the breakfast room wasn’t hot enough to make a cup of tea.

The cleaning service never came to my room in the three days i was there. I was never able to take a HOT shower, water was just barely warm. The Breakfast was terrible. The rooms and facilities could use some work, but were ok. For the price i paid, i felt it was a waste of money.

It wasn’t very clean - and our door was difficult to shut and the deadbolt lock didn’t work . No hot water but they did fix it as soon as they could reset the water heater . Noisy - lots of guests yelling and running around - bed was comfy , breakfast was very good .

It’s a good hotel and franchise but we were disappointed when we say bed blanket stained with blood and hallway with debris and nail, perhaps from construction workers that stay. Disappointed with the cleanliness. Also the morning breakfast staf was not friendly and started putting away breakfast when us and others were eating.

Decent property for the price.
It was a decent property to stay at. Staff was nice, friendly and helpful. Stopper in sink was broken - had to get a flathead screwdriver from front desk to “pop it up” otherwise water wouldn’t drain. Carpet n room could use a good shampooing - spilled something and used a towel to clean it up and you could see how dirty carpet was. The scrambled eggs the first morning were the worst I ever had - must have been from powder - had a horrible aftertaste. Rest of the breakfast was good. Surprised the price was 1/3rd more when reserving a room for 5 vs 4 when it still only had three towels and two wash clothes.

The hotel was fine however when you are awaken in the night to people running up and down the halls and then making a large amount of noise outside for over an hour , it turned out to be not a nice sleeping experience! I spoke to the clerk the next morning since we could not get ahold of anyone during the night and she apologized but said there was nothing they could do! She said eventually the police were called but I said they should have been called much sooner! I was not the only guest to complain about it! This is totally not acceptable!!!
