Overall everything was great

Everything about this place was great. The restaurant was outstanding, great breakfast, but those dinners - great....and exceptionally reasonable. Locals were eating there, not just guests and hours were great. Location is central.

Unique atmosphere and small town feel. Very impressed with location and quality for the price.

Excellent place to stay everything about this place is great the breakfast was excellent free parking beautiful place to get married. Just loved the stay

We stayed at Hotel Kasztel because we were approaching Krakow from the east and it looked rather unique. The decor is definitely original! Everything was new, clean, and comfortable. The staff was helpful and served a great buffet breakfast. Only regret was that the drive into Krakow took longer than we had expected.

Very relaxing - quiet and by a beautiful river.

Right next to the salt mine and beautiful property next to park! You can get a tour at any time even if it’s sold out if you stay here. Loved the property! The spa is a little deceiving, there’s 1 treatment room and no masseuse on site, they have to call and book it. Also the salt soak is a room with a picture of the salt cave on it so it’s not really in a salt cave.

The rooms are clean and functional as the facility is primarily as a lodge for skiing and hiking. The staff was exceptional. We had purchased flowers as a gift for relatives and upon seeing us taking them to our room, the staff provided us with a vase to keep them in water until we were ready to deliver them. Breakfast is included and is a substantial assortment of selections. We also had one dinner in the restaurant which was excellent: barscz (beet soup) and potato pancakes reminded us of...

Wspaniałe, klimatyczne miejsce. Pokój przestronny, b. czysty, śniadania b. smaczne, produkty regionalne, dania z karty fantastyczne, karta win też ok, wszystko z zachowaniem racjonalnych cen. Gorąco polecam.

Hotel was great for our visit to the salt mine and Krakow. Rooms are large and modern compared to most hotels we've stayed at throughout Europe. We had a 5 min drive to the salt mine and were able to take the train into Krakow as a station is right outside the hotel. Breakfast was great each morning.

It was a surprise that this hotel was so lovely--for the price, especially. I was only staying here because it seemed nice enough for a one-night stop to pick up my fella from the nearish Krakow airport, but it would have been worth a longer stay, for sure. It has a kinda old-world thing going on, with big private balconies and lots of burgundy and lots of dark wood, but the pool and soaking tub is in a very shiny, fetchingly designed new building. The staff is young, vibrant and all...

It is located on the mountain. Beautiful views. Very clean. Breakfast was delicious. I travelled with three children. The rooms were spacious with a balcony. Highly recommended. Will return in the future.

Great location, loved the room! Nice hotel staff. Would definetly stay there again!
