"This is a good, basic motel for a visit to Buffalo. Our specific room was in good shape and had plenty of space, though the overall appearance in and outside of guest rooms is somewhat stark and uninviting. It would be easy to fix that by selecting warm-light bulbs instead of the current very harsh blue-tinged lighting in the rooms!"

"I booked a stay got there late room was gone. There are men hanging outside the hotel. It is not a nice place to stay i will not ever stay!!! I would not recommend this REgency Inn to anybody. Bad atmosphere not safe!!!"

"The staff were kind. There are areas in the room that needs to be better. The smoke detector was removed, that’s against code. I found hair that wasn’t mine in the bed. I am hoping that happened in the wash, that can happen. There weren’t many channels available on the tv. The price was affordable. "
