Service was great! Room was clean but unfortunately my room smelled like a dog had lived inside. Waking up to a barking dog and some random guy talking on speaker phone, outside my door at 1 am was not what I expected.

Room could have been cleaner, there was a cracker on the floor, fridge didn’t get very cold. BUT I was told they were short staffed. All the employees were very kind if a bit harried. The salmon chowder and snack at night were lovely, and the breakfast buffet was great. Pool and hot tub clean and very nice. My grand daughter got to feed the fish in the koi pond, super nice of them. Bed and pillows very comfortable as well. Beach access right behind the hotel. We will definitely be back

First, I’d like to say that the property manager was very apologetic and did make our situation right. When we first checked in they asked us if we wanted a 1st, 2nd or 3rd floor room. We said 3rd and they said they needed to prepare the room. We went to dinner and returned only to check into a room that had been used and was unclean , bed, garbage, towels everywhere. So they upgraded us to a bigger room, but the air conditioning was broken . So we moved to a third room. That one was great. It was just a hectic check in process.

Very comfy beds, great view, nice private balcony, super nice staff and close to yummy restaurant with bomb pizza. Def going to go back and also try more things at the restaurant forgot the name starts with a K right on the water maybe a block away.

I had an issue with my original room where the door handle broke off the main door to my room from the interior. I am a very non confrontational person and so it took a lot to even tell the front desk since it went back on and was useable, but when I did tell them Jim was incredibly helpful. He not only moved me to a new room but upgraded me to a nicer room at no extra charge for the inconvenience and also made sure that I was in the safest possible room as I was traveling alone.

Great location! Only 15 short steps to the sand. Delicious breakfast included AND salmon chowder and fresh baked cookies every day at 5:00. Room was large and king bed was so comfortable. The entire staff was so nice. Pool is kept at 90 degrees plus a hot tub. Loved how at every spot (except the toilet 😉) you had a view of the ocean in our suite. Great see thru glass in the shower. And a big bathtub in the room. My only suggestion is a small table and chairs in the room. There’s a chaise lounger but not good for reading as there’s no light available next to it. Also, the wooden furniture on the deck is quite uncomfortable and it’s difficult to see the ocean when sitting. That being said, we will definitely return. One of the best places we’ve stayed in Lincoln City and we’ve stayed in many places over the years.

If I could come every weekend, I would. Fabulous room, comfortable bed, amazing view. Customer service by all staff I interacted with was excellent. Will definitely come back again!

The room we stayed in was spacious, clean and had lovely extras. A fireplace, right on the beach, full kitchen and jacuzzi. We will definitely stay here again.

The only thing this property needs is more utensils and serving accessories there was only one cooking pot(small) and one very old frying pan For having a kitchen: that’s all it lacked everything else was wonderful

King suite on the ocean was great. A shower with glass walls bordering the living room was a little off putting for a relatively modest couple. But the hotel and staff were great. Easy access to the beautiful beach. Lincoln City itself was a little dry, and we ended up ending our vacation early.

The outside of the hotel looks to be renovated, but the rooms haven’t been. The rooms connected to ours and right above us were loud. The woman at the front desk was kind and helpful.

For the price of the hotel, the stay was less than spectacular. Unfriendly staff at the check in desk. The breakfast was limited. The serving area was not clean, and no one was around to clean it. The views were nice, and the beach access was easy. The hotel seemed overpriced for what you get.

Staff was very friendly and courteous. Cookies and Salmon chowder until 5pm - yum! King room clean, though a bit small, had to watch your step going around sharp corner of bed at night, and counter space in bathroom a bit tight for 2 people. Sure appreciated covered stairways and covered drop off area during driving rain. Nice fireplaces and waterfalls in outside eating and pool areas.

The room was really large and had a fantastic view. The beach access was easy to get to. We liked that there was a kitchen area with a microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. Did not like: The shower area needs a fan because the whole room gets extremely hot and humid. A table and chairs could have fit in there and would have been nice. We could hear every footstep of the people above us walking around. Parking is limited for a full size truck and people who are not guests use the parking lot for beach access, so parking was a challenge at times.

The hotel is amazing and great location. They had chowder amd cookies at night and the room was amazing. The check in process was not smooth at all. One particular woman at check in was extremely rude. She stated room would be ready early and we had to come back 3 separate times and finally got our room at 430 pm 30 mins after latest check in time. She was rude and was the only part of this hotel or stay unpleasant. Customer service was definitely not her grratest strength.
