First, I’d like to say that the property manager was very apologetic and did make our situation right. When we first checked in they asked us if we wanted a 1st, 2nd or 3rd floor room.
We said 3rd and they said they needed to prepare the room. We went to dinner and returned only to check into a room that had been used and was unclean , bed, garbage, towels everywhere. So they upgraded us to a bigger room, but the air conditioning was broken . So we moved to a third room. That one was great. It was just a hectic check in process.
