It was obvious that was an older building. There was aIt was obvious that was an older building. There was a corner in the bathroom where mold had been allowed to grow and wad not cleaned. The room and hallway carpets appeared new, but the furniture was obviously worn. Their computers system was down and they had to take pictures of my credit card and drivers license. I’m still a bit worried about that! The hotel was in an industrial area, but everything else was full and I was late in making arrangements.

We booked this hotel only because of pool but we it was closed for maintenance :-((( and online it didn’t say anything about it

I've had good experiences here before, but this time was disappointing. Two days after a snow storm, the parking lot still had lots of snow and ice. In my room, the TV wouldn't work (just snow), and there was nobody to fix it for me. And the refrigerator was unplugged, causing me to have to move a cabinet on my own to plug it in to keep medications and drinks cold.

Excellent facility and management! I could go into many details, but the point is that every minor thing that is often inadequate in a hotel, was well-thought-out and well-provided in Fairfield Lincoln. Complete breakfast should certainly be mentioned, as well.

Clean and comfy!
Comfy beds with lots of pillows. Clean with a great breakfast. Eggs and sausage as well as other usual offerings.

It was perfect for our one night stay while traveling. Breakfast was great; good selection. Only disappointment was the pool was closed. The person at the front desk explained that they were waiting for pool repair.

Best night of hotel sleep ever
It was easily the best night of hotel sleep I have ever had. And I knew it when I sat down in the bed. It was very soft and comforting. It even had actual fitted sheets on the bed. A recycle bin right next to the trash bin in the room. I really hope the recycle stuff makes it to a actual larger recycle bin. I also appreciated the large bottles of body wash, shampoo and conditioner on the wall of the shower, so to save lots of tiny bottles in the trash.

Uneventful Excellent stay
Our stay was to rest after a long travel day. So thankful to have no issues, just a comfortable, excellent, no surprise stay. We got what we expect from a Fairfield stay.

Staff was friendly, and said the right things, but there was no follow through. Main light in bedroom would not turn off, was told to untwist the light from the socket. (Electrical issue!!) TV never worked, despite them “fixing” it twice. They offered a different room, but didn’t have the same type of room available. (We had 4 people, and only a single King was available…)
