The staff was great, everyone was very pleasant and friendly. We discovered water on the floor after the first night, apparently leaked from the wall. Once reported, the staff immediately moved us to another room. The TV did not work in the second room and once reported, they immediately addressed that. We later found the toilet was leaking in this room, we did not want to move again so we wrapped towels around it and reported it when we checked out. The facilities were clean, looked like a reasonable new building.

The hotel was good. The beds were decent yet comfortable, the bathrooms were large and adequate. The only downsize was the AC wasn’t working properly. The hotel features like dining for breakfast was good. Unfortunately the pool was not heated till basically out trip was over.

The pool is always heated we offered to turn it up as we did for you when requested.If you had a issue with the ac we would have checked it and fixed it if we would have known this. We always want our guests to be comfortable but we have to know there is a issue to be able to fix it. Thank you for staying with us . I hope we get your family again soon

Bed bugs in two different rooms on two different floors. Calling health department as well.

The health dept did come and found no bugs not sure what happened to you but it did not come from this hotel!

The city street entrance was terrible. The concrete was all broken up. If you did not enter dead center our minivan would scraped bottom. Even at slow speed.

Everting but the bed was great
The bed was really firm. I could not get comfortable. Facility was clean, Staff were professional and welcoming. I did not raise the issue of comfort to staff, assuming nothing could be done.

Could've been better
Facility is clean and convenient. But beds are hard as a rock and it is very noisey thru the night. Second stay at this location same both times.

very good
this place was a nice place to stay, the service was great and i was very impressed had a couple issues but the service people took care of it. the bed was comfortable. the breakfast was ok and for the most park the room was clean

Quick overnight stay
This hotel was comfortable and fine for what we needed. We were disappointed because neither our TV nor our microwave worked. We were just there overnight, so not worth the effort to try to get maintenance in to fix. The team members were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty limited. Also, the information on the site stated that this hotel was 19 miles from Sooner Mall in Norman which cannot be true!

I am sorry you did not have a great stay as that is always what we strive for. I checked the room when i read this review and both the TV and microwave are working great. I am not sure what went wrong here but please remember we cant fix anything if we do not know about it. As far as breakfast we have a full hot breakfast daily so again I am not sure what was or wasnt on there that you may have wanted. We always have eggs some kind of meat biscuits and gravy waffles,sweet roll and 6 cereals. I hope you will return so we can show you a great stay. Thank you Lisa Beene General manager

Thhos is the 4th time I have stayed at the BW Lindsay. Its the perfect place for me to meet with clients for our annual i surance enrollments. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The room os clean and comfortable.

When we arrived after a long travel at 12:00a.m. We were all exhausted and tired. The kids were ready to sleep. The room we walked into first wasn't cleaned. One of the beds was unmade and pillows all in the chair. This was frustrating especially with the covid 19. We expected to be in a clean and safe environment. First impression was not very great!

We are taking every precaution however the day you checked in we had a new employee that made a mistake in choosing the room and didn't really understand the housekeeping report.We work very hard here to make sure our guests are safe and hope you will return to visit us again soon.

My overall stay was great. My only complaint is the price. They have jacked up their prices, I assume because of Covid-19.

The moment i walked into the lobby the front desk greeted me with a smile! Check in was smooth and very fast. The room was immaculate, it remained quiet thru the evening. Well worth the price! Will definitely stay again and again!
