Great location! It can be a little loud at night due to it being right in the city center but the windows blocked enough of the noise that we had no issues with sleeping. The staff was friendly and the property was well maintained.

The Best Location - right where all the restaurants and coffee shops , one block from an easy Uber or Bolt pick up point, the center of Lisbon. This hotel is phenomenal . The staff are incredibly helpful. The cleaning crews are so good and consistent . The hotel itself is also very good! I’ll stay there again !

No complaints about our stay. From the moment we arrived and until we checked out, it was a great experience. We have to complement the staff for their exceptional service during our stay. The location was very convenient to everything we wanted to see in Lisbon. Some people may find the rooms are a bit tight but you’re not in Lisbon to stay in your room. I highly recommend anyone looking for a hotel that offers an excellent location and exceptional service to stay here.

Great location, right by the Arc & plenty of restaurants around; great overall energy in the area. Staff was very polite & helpful... Room was quite small and super cramped...ceilings were low and bathroom super tight. AC wouldn't cool adequately. We were traveling with luggage and top floor does not have lift access... Again, wonderful service & location- but wasn't very happy with the room...

We enjoyed our stay here. It was right in the middle of the action in Baixa. Rooms were small but clean. Staff was very friendly. One complaint- no phone chargers in the room so we all had to share power adapter.
