This was our second stay here and again the hotel did not disappoint. The staff are wonderful, organised, helpful & friendly. From organising pick up from the airport to helping with translation in order to check in for my return flight. Nothing was too much. We will be back, thank you all for another wonderful visit.

We absolutely loved our stay - the team was very communicative upon check in (especially getting in a bit late!) and always reachable via WhatsApp. We even had a little bit of a mixup with our check in and out dates and they were extremely accommodating. Highly recommend the neighborhood - accessible to many other neighborhoods and on a quiet street (even know Bairro Alto is known for bars). Staying here will make you feel right at home!

An amazing stay

It was an amazing stay at Casa Das Janelas Com Vista from the moment we checked in till after we checked out. Rooms are really nice with good beds and a big well equipped bathroom. The lounge area with self serve coffee and tea, is a nice hang out area and the breakfast is AMAZING and can really be recommended. We were several people staying there and agreed that when we come back to Lisbon, this hotel will be our preferred place to stay.

Beautiful room and great area

Property was beautiful, amazing area, so convenient for all the sights and nightlife whilst not being a busy street itself. The acoustics could be a little loud from the people above as it’s an old property but it didn’t bother me too much
