모든 시설, 서비스 모두 베스트였습니다. 위치도 국회 앞이라 안전하고 조용하면서도 시내와 가까워서 이보다 좋을 순 없을 것 같아요. 리셉션 직원분도 너무 친절하시고 전자레인지, 커피포트, 냉장고 모두 공용으로 사용 가능하고 생수와 커피도 필요한 만큼 매일 가져갈 수 있어 좋았어요. 설거지 시설도 작지만 구비되어 있구요. 방도 예쁘고 정말 안락해요. 더 오래 머물지 못해 아쉽습니다. 적극 추천해요~!

한국인 리뷰가 없어서 걱정했는데 생각보다 너무 괜찮았습니다^^ 냉장고나 기타 잡기류가 방에 없었지만 1층에 공용으로 사용할 수 있는 냉장고와 컵, 포크, 커피포트 등이 있어서 잘 이용했습니다. 청소도 깔끔하게 잘 해주시고 위치도 리스본 시내와 벨렘지구 관광하기에 좋았습니다.

wonderful place in Lisbon
one of best apartment in Portugal and Sofie who is working in the reception, she is very kind. I have never seen the people like her. I'm sure that I will visit this apartment again.

My wife and I stayed at Casas de Sao Bento at the start and end of our Portugal trip. We had a 1 bedroom first and a smaller room at the end. Both types were very nice. The walk into the more touristy areas is ~ 20 minutes up and over the hill, but it is enjoyable and you get to experience the city more. We got used to that cobblestone walking quickly. The staff were all great. We dealt mostly with Laura on both stays and she was so very patient, helpful and kind to us!

Lovely furnishings and room! Laura greeted us on arrival and was so wonderful! Transport to the airport arranged for us and we thought Pedro was great! The view across the street was spectacular! Easy walkable access to restaurants, historical sites, etc.

Obwohl wir verspätet eintrafen, war jemand noch dort am Empfang. Wir bekamen das gewählte Zimmer, welches auch fertig war. Alles sauber und im Grunde, wie von den Fotos erwartet. Aber … es beginnt schon, wenn man seine Jacken ausziehen und aufhängen möchte: Keinerlei Kleiderhacken, auch im Bad nicht. Die Ausstattung besteht zum größten Teil aus Antiquitäten, die aber in unpraktischen Zustand sind, Schubladen die nicht mehr zu gebrauchen sind. Das ganze Appartement besteht aus einem Raum d.h. es geht ohne Türen ins Bad und WC über. Wer also jeden Pubs usw. von der Toilette mithören möchte, ist hier richtig, alle übrigen wird das eher stören. Wer die freistehende und wie gesagt ohne eine Tür abgetrennte Wanne, benutzen möchte, braucht man sehr viel Geduld: Wie auch in der Dusche dauert es lange bis warmes Wasser kommt und das dann in einem noch dünneren Strahl, als beim Handwaschbecken. Klimaanlage ist auch zum Heizen da, funktioniert aber recht gut, aber dadurch ist die Luft unangenehm trocken. TV war top, leider aber nur RTL und DW. Netflix mit Apple Tv (mitgebracht) funktionierte gut, wlan manchmal aber langsam. Matratzen etwas auslegen und es nur ein Oberbett. Wenn hier und dort noch nachgebessert wird, ist es gut, aber nicht sehr gut für 4 Sterne. Hatten wir in Lissabon und Porto schon besser bei der Kategorie.

Great location, right across from the Parliament. Many grocery stores and dining options nearby. Quiet at night and busy with regular traffic during the day. The apartment is roomy and ideal for a couple looking to stay in and cook or use as a comfortable base to explore. Many modern touches throughout the space with plenty of charm and character. Good value as well.

We immediately felt very welcomed upon our arrival to Casas de São Bento! Parking was a bit tricky to find, but the staff were extremely helpful in guiding us. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and homey. We arrived to a welcome drink of Port wine, water and coffee/tea were available and the kitchen was stocked with everything you’d need. Casas de São Bento was in a perfect location for our trip! Walking distance to the tram, bus and train stops. There were also a lot of great restaurants only a few minutes walk. Staff helped map out some tourist routes for us, highlighting key places to visit (and how to get there!). When we needed help throughout our stay, they were very quick to respond to messages and provide support. I would highly recommend staying at Casas de São Bento if you’re in the Lisbon area!

Great location directly across from parliament building. Quiet area overall. Walkable to Chaido and many other areas. Staff was excellent. Only downside which worried me was couch was completely covered with stains which made me question cleanliness of fabric and potentially bed. Bed seemed fine but we avoided the couch area. Port wine and pastries for welcome were great!

This place is amazing. It is a huge apartment with a cute little balcony off the kitchen. Huge bathroom and also contains a washer. The service from Maria was amazing. She is an asset to this hotel. So friendly and accommodating. We were able to check in a little after noon which worked out great for us and they stored our luggage until check in. I would definitely recommend this place.

Front gate is closed at night until 9:00 A.M. The room Sao Bento 6 is on the street so it is noisy at night. I also needed allergy pills since I was allergic to something in the room. Not sure what it was, but without the air fresheners plugged into the walls it would have smelled bad in there. The mattress was comfortable. And the hotel is close to the restaurants, supermarkets, and buses. Right in front of the Parlament.

This property was clean and comfortable. The location is a bit far from the city centre but within walking distance. The hotel attendant is not always present which means that you have to communicate via email.

The Property, itself was excellent; however, Maria, was new to the job and had not been trained to supply Metro information or other travel information about the important sites of the city and how to get to see them. EVA was a terrific concierge; but we did not have her until the last 2 days. Prior to our arrival, we had dealt with Patricia; however, she was no longer an employee when we arrived. I think there is constant turnover of employees.

Apartamento bom, com ótima limpeza, quarto confortável, localização um pouco distante do centro histórico. Preço razoável, sem café da manhã.

The apartment was perfectly situated across from the Parliament building. It was quite with a great view. Our flight was delayed son we did not check in until 1am. We were greeted warmly and enthusiastically by Eva. She took time to acquaint us with the area and all the amenities. She was umhurried and attentive even at this late hour. Very impressed with the experience. Highly recommend the apartment, location. and staff.

Charming Hotel, Wonderful Stay
LOVED this hotel. Great location in the city. The room was lovely and clean. And my son said the sofa bed was comfy. Eva was absolutely wonderful for our entire stay. Communication was fabulous with her. She was so helpful and knowledgeable. Great place for breakfast right around the corner. We didn't want to leave. We will stay here every time we are in Lisbon.
