Loved everything about this hotel. Location was amazing! Staff very friendly, free breakfast was great! Comfy beds with two sizes of pillows..and a turn down service. Highly recommend!

Very modern and clean hotel. Staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful. It was on a nice block and still accessible to all the restaurants and cafes by foot. We would definitely return here.

The hotel is in a great location allowing one to walk to shopping and restaurants and is situated on one of Lisbon’s less steep streets. The ambiance of the hotel is lovely reminding me of an art deco style. The staff were cordial and so welcoming. The room I booked was spacious and well appointed. I also included the breakfast package with my booking and would definitely recommend as the food was fresh and included ample selections. I so enjoyed visiting Portugal and the 138 Liberdade Hotel amplified why my visit was so wonderful.

I highly recommend this Hotel. It is in a great location, the staff were all so friendly and accommodating and it is very clean. A special mention of Omar who was extremely exceptional in his job. You cannot go wrong with choosing here. You will love it.

We have lovely spacious room facing front of hotel Unfortunately cleaning staff did not come until 5 pm when we were back in our room after day sightseeing so told her to leave Our friends who came with us were given room in annexe which had broken handheld shower and bathroom fan Their water was not replenished

The staff -- they were welcoming and informative. Gave us suggestions on where to dine, that were exceptional. They provided support to visit places of interest and ordered drivers that were local and expert in the history of Portugal, the architecture of Lisbon, the gardens and the churches. All in all, our expectations were exceeded and our visit to Lisbon extremely pleasurable. I would highly recommend them --- and want to give Sophia and Thomas a thumbs up.
