Room was great and I managed to walk out onto the balcony and see the city in the morning. It was in a good location and I arrived early and my room was available which was super useful. I would happily revisit and use the HF Fénix Urban, and I plan to visit as I really enjoyed my short stay.

Room was clean and larger than I expected. I did ask the staff things and they were really nice and helpful. The hotel was located an easy distance from a station for the blue line but not the closest to touristy things. There weren't many food options in the immediate area but there was an Aldi nearby if you arrive before they close.

This hotel is right next to Aima and 0.2 miles away from grocery stores (pingo, aldi, continente & auchan) and surrounded by great restaurants. It's 30 mins walk from the Bairro Alto. I was provided a room on the 13th floor and didn't hear a lot of road noise. The staff was helpful and courteous. The bar restaurant in the hotel makes it easy for a light lunch and dinner. I didn't get to try their breakfast but the Caesar salad and Bacalhau was up to par so would recommend to order in if you just want to stay in the hotel (going through jetlag). The hotel is in a great location. The only thing I didn't like much is the extra firm bed. I love the fact that the room have a water kettle and small fridge. The complimentary water bottles is a great touch.

Breakfast bar was phenomenal! One suggestion I have is to add a grab bar in the bathroom to assist with stepping out of the tub. Possibly add gripping strips to the tub floor as it was very slippery. Overall a very good hotel experience!
