The hotel and room are very clean. Staff are very friendly, attentive and helpful. The breakfast was diverse, delicious and of good price. The location is prime, surrounded by a lot of good places to eat and shop, close to city center and airport. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Lovely hotel with a close knit vibe, in a good area not too far from main areas of the city, around a 10-20 minute journey on public transport to get wherever you need to be. Only thing I would say is that the see through glass bathroom walls are a bit off putting but no biggie, staff are very helpful and welcoming and everything is very clean and tidy :)

The check in counter is very high so communication with the receptionist was a bit difficult. On my way to the elevators, the lobby had a sewage smell which was unpleasant. The room was equipped with a flat screen TV with decent movie channels and got to enjoy movies while I rested. If you needed a quick coffee, tea or water that was also provided. The room was neat however so were the sheets which were fresh and clean with a comfortable bed and room size overall was adequate. There was a nice balcony I would go out on to enjoy the sunshine. Unfortunately the toilet had a permanent stain on the seat which looked like it wasn’t clean and did not flush as well and had to request that it be fixed which was inconvenient. I would have expected the hotel to ensure that the toilet is in perfect condition beforehand. Some areas of the room were dusty, especially in the closets. Overall not a bad experience but it could have been a better experience if more attention was spent with the fine details.

So Breakfast was ok price and the food was good. The staff spoke english and were very kind. Room was clean and spacious. Not much view but go to the coast for that. Room cleaning was consistently every day unless you hang the card on the door. Only minor problem was renting a bike. They don't provide locks or helmets for the bikes. Best way to travel for tourists would be public transportation or scooters.

The staff was wonderful, with thanks to both of the front desk staff who made our stay just a little better. If you're looking for a little different part of Lisbon, then this is a great place to stay. Around every corner are wonderful little restaurants and bars with a laid back feel. The rooms were well appointed, with lots of amenities, a comfortable bed, roomy and a great balcony.

Very good stay

We came back to Lisbon after visiting Tomar and Porto. We decided to stay in a different hotel. The staff was friendly and it was clean. The room was fairly spacious.
