Had a fantastic 2-night stay. The hotel is well located, with a metro station about 2 blocks away. The rooms are clean and have enough space (note: I was traveling alone). Would definitely come back.

What a great hotel!! The staff were so friendly. Nice clean rooms! Solid breakfast buffet as well. Id definitely stay here again.

Clean and spacious room.
This hotel surprised us. The room was spacious and clean. Well located near of Metro. The only issue was the check in, they took too much time, but everything else was excellent. I will get back there.

So si hotel.
The hotel was nice enough and was in a good location. The main elevator kept breaking down. Our room lock also malfunctioned.

Love this hotel I can’t believe it’s only 2 star. I’d give the service, the wonderful staffs, front staff, the breakfast, my room its cleanliness and the entire vicinity an easy 5 star! Would definitely book here again and again.

Professional staff Clean room Daily housekeeping Good location close to many restaurants and a continent for grocery shopping. I stayed with my 12 year old and he really enjoyed it. Would definitely recommend

Nice hotel with bonuses
The breakfast was a bonus. It is T mins walk to the main gates of Obidoe Castle. There are two supermarkets within 10 mins walk. There is car parking available and a pool which we did not use.

Good location, within 5 minutes walk from Metro, bus stop, and restaurant. This is not locate in the heart of Lisbon, so it's pretty quiet at night so you can get a good night sleep. Room are good size if you don't have a lot of luggage, otherwise it might be tight. We stayed there for five nights and have no issue. The information on hotel.com is wrong though. They do not have self service laundry. They have standard hotel laundry service. There is a coin laundry about 10 minute walk from the hotel, so if you need to do laundry you have option. It was raining cat and dogs while we were in Lisbon, so walking 10 minutes to do laundry wasn't very pleasant.
