The Inn Fashion residence is undergoing renovation, but it is not communicated anywhere. The apartment that you book is near the residence but it's a BASEMENT, without windows! There is only one door leading into a small courtyard outside. Although the apartment has been decently furnished, it is damp and cold. To my question about the floor of the apartment and the presence of a lift they never answered. They did not ask us for identification documents and they did not leave us a receipt of payment. The heating did not work and we tried to use the oven to warm up. The use of the oven made the water heater stop working and we remained without hot water. They didn't answer any of my requests for assistance. Bad reception and bad services.Simply horrible. I strongly advise don't book here !!!!!

Chegando no local foi decepcionante, pois a foto do prédio na internet trata-se de um prédio na esquina da rua e não o prédio do apto. Não foi possível ficar hospedado os no dia 29 para 30 de outubro, pois as condições eram ruins, banheiro cheirando mal. Solicitei ao proprietário devolução do pagamento referente a segunda noite. Solicito providências do hotels.com também.

La ubicación era muy buena, y el apartamento regular, bastante limitado. Aunque es cierto que era un buen precio, no podía ser de otra manera: era un sótano (con patio trasero), lo cual se obviaba en el anuncio, y el edificio estaba deshabitado y en mal estado. La sensación al entrar fue mala, decepcionante. Cumple su función si solo necesitas cama y ducha. Pero mi hijo estuvo un día enfermo y notamos todas estas limitaciones.

Great Location just not a Hotel at all.

APARTMENT - not the fashion in residence. Pics are very misleading. The cover photo is not even the building you are in. It is a basement apartment up the street from the hotel. As other reviews have indicated the location is awesome! I understand that you get what you pay for but we have stayed at many other 2 and 3 star places that were much nicer. It is in the basement, the ceilings are low, and it smelled like a basement. There was no 24 hour reception as indicated(none at all) and no balcony. There is a shared back patio but no balcony. There is tons of room and plenty of space for 4 people with the bunk beds. For 4 young people traveling alone looking for more of a hostel this would be perfect.

Bad experience

The flat we got was in basement w/o windows in any room. Canalization smelled when rained. No heating in the bathroom but the owner gave as electrical heater after our request. We left this place after 3 nights and moved to another hotel.

Идеально для первого посещения Лиссабона!

Идеальное месторасположение для тех, кто собирается не только осмотреть старую часть Лиссабона, но и отправиться на мыс Рока, в Синтру или Кашкайш. Вокзал для этих целей в 10 минутах неспешным шагом. Известные фуникулеры и лифт санта жушта в так же в пяти и десяти минутах ходьбы соответственно.Там же станция метро и супермаркет. Персонал приветлив. Уборка каждый день. В семейном номере есть все необходимое, кроме масла и специй. Но это сущие мелочи:) Отличного всем отдыха.

Nice, clean, calm hotel with friendly staff

Very friendly and helpful staff. I think this hotel has got a really comfy location. Everything can be reached within 5 minutes walk, but it is in a calm and silent district. Great value for the price. Highly recommended!

Hotel pequeno mas bem aconchegante e equipe muito amável e fica numa região excelente. O único problema é que tem uma escada grande antes de chegar na recepção e como eu estava com pessoas idosas isso dificultou um pouco. Não tem espaço para refeições, apenas um frigobar no quarto.

Hotels.com sivujen mukaan meitä odotti mukava kahden hengen huone omalla parvekkeella ja vieläpä poreammeella. Oikeasti huone oli todella pieni, parvekkeelta näki toisten pihan ja sille tippui paljon vettä ilmastointikanavasta. Poreamme oli mutta niin vanha että kylpyammeena sitä pitäisi mainostaa. Huone ei ollut mitä odotin ja mielestäni aivan liian kallis. Sijainti kuitenkin oli todella mainio ja huone siivottiin joka päivä. Ilmastointi oli myös aivan ihana, koska ulkona oli niin kuuma.

chambre supérieure avec balcon n'ayant pas de balcon, vue sur un mur à 2 mètres de la fenêtre avec odeur de cuisine le soir et de fientes de pigeon le reste de la journée.On se demande ce qui est supérieur!! Personnel très sympathique et à votre écoute.

Perfect choice

The hotel has a very great location. The metro is 2 minutes away and the city centre is 5-10 minutes walk. Although it's next to a crowded road it was quiet in the room. The balcony in our room was not useful since it's surrounded by the neighbouring houses. The receptionist was really nice and we could easily handle the language barriers. If I ever went back to Lisbon, I would choose this place again.

Worst Hotel Experience of my Life!!!!!!!

I checked in with my daughter,got the room key,took a nap,freshened up and at 11 pm we were told that we had to leave the hotel. There was a mistake in the reservation and we were told we should pay another couple's room in another hotel whom had also booked the same room. The owner telephoned the room and yelled Vacate The Room.His daughter also told us to vacate the room. Finally,we were fed up and took a room in another Hotel paying a doubled rate! It was midnight when we got to the new hotel.This has been a humiliating experience. Literally throwing out checked in guests!

Great overnight in Lisboa!

This was an overnight stop on a TAP flight between NYC and Berlin, I chose it so I could spend a few hours in Lisbon, one of my favorite cities. Transportation was a snap with the metro (super cheap) running from the airport and connecting centrally to all 3 other lines. Hotel just steps from Restauradores stop. Inexpensive, no frills room (view of the wall of the building next door), no breakfast. Good bed, quiet night, bathroom fine. Didn't try to get online, but headed outside to the main road steps away, had a great espresso and a pasteis de nata, walked down to the riverfront and then set out for Ramiro's -- amazing seafood house (huge lines, fantastic food).

Mooi appartement, top locatie

Leuk appartement, mooi ingericht, , lekkere bedden, kleine keuken, prettige douche, patio. Wel beetje gehorig, en rare ingang, trap af de kelder in, smoezelige deur. Top locatie, alles op loopafstand, aan rustige sjieke avenida.

Good location, disappointing hotel

Tiny room; walk-up. View of an air shaft. Incredibly difficult to find, even with GPS. "Flat-screen TV" was about 12". "Parking nearby" was a garage, with the previously undisclosed charge of about $15. If this is a three-star, I don't want to see a two-star! Walking distance to many restaurants.

Pas de double vitrage ni de volets donc bruit et lumière de la rue, , à part ça tout était bien , personnel parlant français et très serviable, ils nous ont même prêté une carte de transports que nous avons eu juste à rechargé, nous avons pu visiter lisbonne à peu de frais car les transports sont chers dans cette ville, donc séjour très agréable
