I was impressed at how impeccably clean the apartment was. It was so quiet in what I thought was a busy area and sleeping was fabulous. The bed was so comfortable above all the staff were completely accommodating and professional. Would definitely recommend such a great location.

Staff were fantastic upon checking in. The welcome snacks and drink were a great touch. The room was clean with good amenities, although on the smaller side.

Hotel was in a wonderful location close to the action. A bit noisy at night but that’s to be expected. Lorrane at the front desk greeted us with a glass of port and a Portugese tart. She is an excellent ambassador for the property!

The location was perfect for walking to the canal, restaurants, and shops. Pastry and coffee shops within 3 min walk. Rooms are small, bathrooms newly remodeled so, very clean, bedding comfortable. Noise from the street activity below was a problem. On a Monday night in March, shoppers and drinkers were noisy until 1 am. Its a small boutique hotel, so getting away from the street noise would be difficult. Otherwise, it's a great place to stay.

Amazing location, we looked out onto the main pedestrian street and the arch to the water. Hotel was lovely, rooms are small but very clean/new and modern, staff very helpful and friendly. You will need to be able to climb a flight of stairs with your luggage.

Need to provide instructions on how to use smart thermostat. Very little hot water for showers. Rooms are tiny. Our door was left open for a full day by housekeeper. Staff was nice, breakfast was great 2 of 3 days, not great on the third day. Welcome snack and drink was appreciated

The room was very clean and tidy. It was very compact but well designed to fully utilise the space. The room and bathroom were very clean, tidy and well set up. Unfortunately our room had a disappointing view into an alcove looking onto the AC pumps of neighbouring buildings. Regardless of the weather, the room felt very dark which was exacerbated by the dark grey walls inside the room. The bed and bedding was comfortable and had more than enough pillows provided. There was a compact fold-away desk available for working on or storing items on/inside. The bathroom was very clean and spacious with plenty of storage although would've benefitted from an additional towel hook for the second bath towel. The hairdryer provided was good and there were plenty of plug sockets in the room. The door to the room isn't soundproof so noise from the corridor was disruptive. We also had an issue with the shower temperature which staff quickly resolved for us. Also there's no lift until the 1st floor so it's not amazing for people with mobility issues. Despite the odd hiccup, the hotel was very comfortable and is in a brilliant location. Staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. We'd happily stay here again.

We enjoyed our 3-nights stay at LX Arch Hotel. Although it wasn’t guaranteed, its amazing staff delivered on our room requests for an early check-in and balcony view — it made my daughter’s birthday extra special! The check in process was quick and painless with a complimentary pastal de nata and glass of wine to kick off our vacay. The in-room espresso was a lovely touch as well each morning. We found the room to be clean, comfortable and spacious enough for both of us, but we also only had 2 carry on bags + a couple small backpacks to store. Overall, a perfectly central location, enabling quick walks to many shops, restaurants and attractions. The night life and busyness of the street can go into the wee hours of the night; therefore, if you prefer a quiet evening/room, this hotel will likely not be a good fit. For us, we did not mind the background noise, live band (occasionally) and people watching.

Our room was cleaned daily and all products that were used (Coffee) were replaced. Staff were super friendly and very helpful. Hotel is situated right in the heart of the tourist area and is close to transit, shops and restaurants.

The hotel is in an excellent location and the hotel itself was clean and close to many amenities. The staff were excellent and helpful. We went on a couples weekend for my partners birthday and the hotel made him a cake. We thought that was so thoughtful. I would absolutely recommend this hotel. They went above and beyong to make our stay memorable.

We were there during low season and didn’t have breakfast at the hotel. Only negative was we could hear other guests coming and going as we were in room 106 at top of stairs; but otherwise everything was great - good bed, dark room, great shower, terrific location. Staff were excellent and very helpful.

Great location close to all major sightseeing spots. Easy access to public transportation, including the tram to Belém. The hotel is near a metro station and within walking distance of two main train stations. Excellent hospitality and very clean rooms. The hotel is a bit pricey, but the location and service help justify the cost. We booked two rooms—one for my spouse and me, and another for our kids. The kids’ room faced Rua Augusta and was loud, with street noise lasting until around midnight, while our room at the back was very quiet. Tip: Request a back-facing room if you plan to nap during the day or sleep early.
