Staff was very polite and courteous. The room was not what we expected due to the photo at Expedia. You need hook on the wall at the entrance for our jackets. Salt and pepper is a must.Also there was no remote for the air conditionner in the living room. Shower head spray sideways. Need to be fix.

Apartment was functional in a great location and washing machine was a plus. On the negative side, apartment was very sterile with blank white walls, mattress was uncomfortable, floors creaked, and fan in AC in bedroom was noisy.

The location was great as it was close to many sites of interest, restaurants and tours. There were some issues with check in as I never received the confirmation email from the hotel. When calling in advance, I was told it would be available at the hotel. The apartment was in good size and comfortable, although it had some housekeeping issues like broken tiles

We recently stayed at Lisbon Serviced Apartments and were thoroughly impressed. The rooms were spotlessly clean, modern, and well-appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. When we had a minor issue with the shower head, they replaced it the same day we reported it! The location was also ideal, within easy walking distance of many of Lisbon's top attractions. We would highly recommend Lisbon Serviced Apartments to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay in Lisbon. You won't be disappointed!

Cannot beat this neighborhood location. Staff were mostly responsive, but I wish they had fixed the kitchen lighting (4 hanging lamps they could not solve the problem of getting to turn on). Bathroom was a little icky because the drainage in bathroom sink was very delayed (even from day one). I did not report this issue during the stay, however, because I felt the necessary work could be a major issue. Same for the dripping noises intermal to the toilet.

We were informed on booking we would have check in details (key code for front door) emailed to us 24 hours prior to check in. At 14.00 as we were about to board the plane we had still not got any check in information. We had contacted Expedia who tried to contact the apartment management without success. Luckily by the time we had arrived in Lisbon there was an email (this was at check in time NOT 24 hours prior). However it had taken 20 hours of stressful communication with Expedia and emails to the apartment management to get this. The apartment however was lovely, very well situated for the metro. Many restaurants within a few meters and a grocery store 10 mins walk. The apartment was cleaned daily and towels changed even though we were happy to keep them! I slept on the sofa bed, very comfy and I slept well. The double bed was also deemed comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the shower hot & powerful. The kitchen was well equipped and there were mint tea bags, crackers and jam left to welcome us. I would recommend the apartment, but just be aware you may be left waiting for your check in code! Hopefully this was a one off .

Location is perfect! On a walking street. Manteigaria Cream Pastry Factory and Amorino Gelato are right around the corner. Has an elevator and luggage storage for $2 euros. Towel warmer was a nice touch!

Our apartment was located on the first floor, facing noisy restaurants. Early mornings the garbage pick up was our wake up call. During nighttime, the constant very loud traffic noise from the apartment above us was unbearable. We tried earplugs but the vibration was a nightmare and our nights were beyond stressful.
