I had a wonderful experience at CR7 Pestana in Lisbon. The staff was excellent—friendly, professional, and always ready to help —which made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The facilities were outstanding, and the hotel offered a tasteful, convenient place to eat. The location was exceptional, right in the middle of everything and perfectly situated for exploring Lisbon’s main attractions, restaurants, shops, and vibrant atmosphere. It was incredibly convenient to get around and enjoy the best the city has to offer. Overall, CR7 Pestana is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for excellent service, beautiful facilities, comfort, and an outstanding location in Lisbon. I would definitely recommend it and would happily stay here again!

Located near many tourist sites, shops and plenty of eateries. Only 30min from airport. Bar attached with small menu and breakfast offered with variety of options. Close by brunch spots within 6-7min walk that are delish! If you are a CR7 fan the Forca Portugal store is also about 4 minute walk. If your room is towards the street it can be a bit noisy if looking for quiet sleep hours. Ambient lighting that can be turned completely off by pull card out of wall but then turns off all power to room. Basic room is small with small bathroom, recommend the upgrade.

This hotel was located in the perfect spot! We took the metro from the airport to a station that was a 5 minute walk away from the hotel right near the beautiful Rua Augusta Arch. The tram was a close walk, many great restaurants. Everything was great at the hotel. My only dislike was the stiff bed but besides that everything was fine. We would definitely choose to stay here again if we come back to Lisbon.

The location of the hotel was very good. I will say it was very quiet in the inside but during the night you could hear a lot of loud screaming from people returning from the clubs. The rooms are very dark, lighting is ok, rooms are very small. We did t have hot water for showers one night and they have a control on the air conditioning. We stayed at 5 different hotels all over Portugal in the past 2 weeks and if I had to line them all up, this one would be number 4. Not the worst but far from the best.

The room was clean, but hot. We couldn't figure out how to use the thermostat because it was in a language neither of us were familiar with (not Portuguese or English). The balcony door was broken so we couldn't open it and the bed was very hard. We didn't bother notifying the front desk because by the time we got back to our room it was very late and we were tired. The lounge was very nice and the location is perfect for sight seeing.

Location is great but the rooms are very small. There was no closet or shelf storage to put any belongings on. The only thing that separates you from someone going to the bathroom is a curtain. A lot of other places to stay at. Portugal is beautiful but i don’t think I’ll return to the CR7.

Very nice hotel. There are some Ronaldo signature jerseys in the lobby. Room is well decorated as well. Got upgraded to deluxe room too, which was excellent. Although it’s facing the streets, it is quiet at night. Bed is comfortable and bathroom is spacious. Breakfast however costs 18€. Didn’t try so don’t know the quality. Welcome drink at the Inverse CR7 bar included.
