Stunning Hotel with Exceptional Service

This hotel offers stunning rooms with breathtaking views from the balcony. The property's location is perfect, and the staff, especially managers Bob and Anu, provide exceptional service. Was very good overall. One negative thing is that we needed early check in badly (our plane landed at 5.30am), and tried to connect to hotel multiple times via email and requested it via hotels.com, but they never got back to us. So we ended up coming to hotel earlier, and finally were able to check in around 11.45.

Dirty and expensive... Not coming back.

I stayed in this hotel before but last time it was ok. This time, the room was filthy. I had to pay for cleaning service when I found huge yellow stains on the blanket and the bed, a little worm in the fridge (I have video of it moving) and the bathroom floor was also nasty. Heater was not working and all the kitchen amenities described for the room are not in the room, but in the comunal kitchen. I found the place very expensive for how dirty it was. I am not going back.

The manager sent us some strange request two days in advance. We did not have a good connection to reply. They tried to collect some personal information from a website we didn’t recognize. When we arrived at the property that Expedia advertised as a hotel it turned out to be a hostel and the manager took his time to respond. The bathroom was moldy and smelly. I would not recommend this place. Definitely won’t stay here again.

基本上似民宿多一些不是酒店，地點很方便樓下就有超市，從機場坐巴士20分鐘到樓下，但房間整潔度很一般因為感覺很陳舊，地板破爛，洗手間的門較損壞了但沒有維修所以門根本關不上，每次洗澡洗手沖廁所都會聽到有水泵的噪音非常響，令人十分困擾，我真的懷疑Hotels.com居然能夠有9分的真實性

Notre séjour c'est tres bien passé du début jusqu'à la fin. La chambre est belle, propre et comfortable. La vue sur le campo pequeno est superbe et la terrasse un vrai plus. La station de metro est au pied de l'immeuble ainsi qu'une petite supérette. Cuisine commune tres agréable. Bob est tres prévenant, réactif et a l'écoute. Nice and clean (medium sized) room with a comfy bed and a small desk. Clean towels were supplied daily. Large (shared) dining room and a kitchen equipped with all you need for making meals at home. Apartment was clean, tidy and comfortable with a good level of facilities. There was a shopping/food hall opposite and a takeaway and shop next to the building entrance. Access to the metro system only a stones throw away and lots of bus stops on main road. Although situated on the eighth floor there were two lifts and a good level of security, both into the building and onto the floor from the lift area. There was a communal kitchen area that was very well equipped and a lounge area with large tv and digi/satellite box. The apartment owner was friendly and very helpful. All in all, a great little place only let down by the building next door being renovated. If you wanted a lie in after 8.00 am forget it or at least check work has been finished first.
