The cleaning staff were super helpful and the host was kind enough to let us check in early (long red-eye flight and airport chaos). The location was amazing! and the rooms were great. The only cons were 1-the bathrooms are quite slippery and the key to the place requires a bit of time getting used to. Otherwise, we had an amazing stay!

Apartment is quite cold this time of year. The little heaters do not keep you warm. Location is good if you are able to walk the steep hills and steps with luggage. Kitchen sink only has cold water and you must be careful in shower because water is extremely hot. The metal tube in shower also gets very hot. Bed was comfortable. Shower is also very slippery and you have to step up into it. There was left over food from someone else in the freezer when we arrived. Dishes were not all clean. We had to clean them to use them. The apartment is also very loud. You can hear everything and doors are very loud because they are old. Had other issues. We kept photos throughout. Ended up booking a room at Westlight Lisboa Madelena which was much more comfortable with extremely friendly staff and free wine!

Great location and lovely to have a Juliette balcony overlooking the small square and further views across to Barro Alto. Beds comfortable and kitchen well equipped. Apartment is a little tired in places but feel that is probably represented in the price.

Nice appartment with good amount of space in the combined kitchen/living room. It's really the location that makes it - directly above a lovely terrace with three excellent bar and restaurants, we loved our stay here

This apartment looked completely different from the pictures shown on Expedia’s website. It was much smaller than expected and felt quite cramped, giving a claustrophobic impression. Additionally, it’s not convenient for travelers with luggage, as transport cannot reach the apartment directly. Overall very bad experience.

Charming apartment

This is a lovely 2 bedroom/2bath apartment located in a quant square above a nice cafe/restaurant. It was ideal for our group. There is a small convenience store located in the square and a great little cafes just off the side street. Communication with the host was very efficient and easy and the apartment is really clean with comfortable temper pedic style beds. The sofa easily pulls out to form a bed or just extra seating space on the couch. The only draw back is that the apartment is located up a couple of flights of stairs. Not such a big deal unless a member of your party is an over-packer. Also, it is not directly accessible by car. But it is only a short walk from where you can be dropped off. Hopefully, the cab driver knows where that location is, otherwise you are looking at more stairs - but that's Lisbon. Overall, a very comfortable, nice location and plenty of room for 4-5 people.

Big cozy apartment at a perfect location.

This apartment was more than I could wish for, super cozy and very roomy with a breathtaking view over central Lisbon from the balcony. The location is also absolutely perfect right by a small and cozy square in the calm and beautiful Alfama neighborhood but a the same just a walk down the outdoor stairs to the city center! Close to the subway and good food stores. The square might be a little noisy at daytime from people walking by outside the house but that didn’t bother us. Also the bedroom is at the back of the house and there it’s really quiet. The service was also excellent and Bruno took good care of us at check in and the communication with the staff was always quick and easy. I will for sure return to this place if possible next time I visit Lisbon, highly recommended!

Amazing Find

Ideally located near to many places to eat, center of town, halfway up the hill to St George’s Castel and has a great view from dining/living area. The beds were very comfortable and the showers had wonderfully hot water. The bottle of water in the fridge was a nice surprise. Our flight was delayed so we arrived late at night but our host Bruno was super flexible and helpful.

Incredible historic location for walking around Lisbon. Steep stairs everywhere. Management was very helpful with letting us check in early. Fantastic restaurants at the entrance. They kept the historical charm when they remodeled.

장점 1. 위치가 굉장히 좋음. Pingo doce가 근처에 있기도 하고, 맛집들의 가호를 받은 곳임. 같은건물 1층의 음식점이 괜찮아서 7박 일정동안 세끼정도를 해결함. 조금만 걸어나가면 지하철역이 있고 28번 트램 시작지점도 있음. 산타후스타 엘리베이터 근처 놀러나가기도 굉장히 좋음. 2. 침구가 괜찮았음. 그 덕분에 항상 숙면하고 잘 돌아다닐 수 있었음. 그리고 거울이나 옷걸이등을 유용하게 썼으며 조리기구나 식기나 컵들도 청결하고 다양하게 있어서 좋았음. 3. 숙소의 뷰가 괜찮음. 하루는 테라스 창문 열어놓고 일몰 보면서 와인 마셨는데 상당히 좋았음. 단점 1. 바디클랜저 겸 샴푸가 있는데 딱히 좋다고 느껴지진 않았고 거품이 잘 나지 않음. 스펀지를 챙겨갈수도 없는 노릇이고.. 2. X퀴 선생님 2회 등장. 한국의 바X 선생님 만큼이나 우람하고 빠름.

Location of this property is excellent with easy access to the Alfama neighborhood. The place is spacious with a nice layout - perfect for 4-6 people. The bathrooms are a bit dangerous IMO, I had a nasty fall on the slippery marble floors the first day. They don’t have any traction and the shower drainage isn’t great so it gets like an ice rink. Had I been a little older and more frail, it could have ended our vacation. Could be that I’m just clumsy though. Also, the clothes washer didn’t work when we were there and there’s no AC, but fortunately there are plenty of windows to get ventilation. Again, the location is just primo but it is pretty loud outside, people in Lisbon like to have a great time so we’d hear partiers until 1or 2am every night right below the place. It didn’t bother us much but it could be an issue for quiet types. We had a great stay. Really enjoyed it.

Was very quiet apartment and easy to walk to many of the key areas. Not the easiest with kids and luggage due to many stairs and no car access. We had an easier time when we left since we knew the area better. Host suggested a good parking garage nearby.

הגענו למקום אין מיזוג ואין מעלית אזור מפוקפק מלא נרקומנים ואלכוהוליסטים ציורי גרפיטי על הקירות עזבנו את המקום אחרי 10 דקות למרות ששילמנו צריך לעלות 4 קומות ברגל לא להתקרב We arrived at the place There is no air conditioning and there is no lift A dubious area full of junkies and alcoholics Graffiti paintings on the walls We left the place after 10 minutes Although we paid we have to climb 4 floors on foot Do not approach

Nous venons de passer 4 jours dans ce joli appartement tout à fait typique. Dans un quartier extrêmement bien placé pour pouvoir tout faire pied. A 5 minutes des commerces, du métro, des bus, il présente aussi toutes les commodités pour être à l'aise (2 salles de bains c'est pratique quand on est à 5 ou 6). l'équipe est très réactive, d'ailleurs merci à Bruno pour la communication. Dés notre arrivée il a su nous guider pour arriver en taxi. la Vue sur la petite place est charmante et offre la possibilité de se restaurer et prendre un verre. Je recommande.

Decepção

Infelizmente não gostamos. A rua do apartamento NÃO tem acesso a carro, só chegamos lá por um corredor/rua estreita/beco de acesso ou uma escadaria enorme. Saímos arrastando nossas malas por esta rua, já o o carro que nos levou, ficou longe e não conseguia chegar até lá. O apartamento fica no segundo andar de ESCADA, não possui elevador e subir e descer vários lances de escadas em espiral com malas foi uma experiência muito ruim.

The property was light and spacious, located in a prime area for sightseeing, tram and metro lines. Lots of superb restaurants nearby and off the main square. The apartment is located up some stairs from the square and then there are narrow stairs within the apartment block. Not a problem with our young children but we did need to carry the buggy up and down a bit. Rooms clean, everything you’d need in an apartment- coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, iron etc and great communication from the owners who sent local information and were available should we need them.

Confortável e muito bem localizado

O apartamento é acolhedor, limpo e muito bem localizado, próximo da praça da Figueira. Embora não seja possível carros pararem bem em frente, podem parar a uma curta distância. O apartamento dispõe de todos os eletrodomésticos (todos novos!) e camas muito confortáveis. Fomos super bem recebidos!

Très bonne location à Lisbonne

Très bon emplacement pour cet appartement pour aller découvrir la ville à pied. L'accueil est très bon, un très bon mode de communication avec les propriétaires, ui sont à l'écoute des besoins et réactifs (lit parapluie apporté comme promis dès le lendemain avec chaise haute) Un petit défaut électrique sur le four qui sera vite corrigé. Très belle décoration, bonne qualité de linge et de lit. Bien pensé d'avoir rajouté des petits chauffages d'appoint, dommage d'avoir jeté les emballages par les fenêtres.
