Located in Alfama, this place is near so many interesting parts of town. The rooms were all very comfortable, and the apartment is charming. Though the staff isn’t on sight, they respond to inquiries and reported problems quickly. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Home from home
Cute apartment in a great area of town. Walking distance from great cafes, restaurants, bars and winding alleys. Apartment was clean, fresh and all the amenities you need. We had some problems with hot water and internet whilst there (not sweet inn's fault) but they were on it immediately to fix it up.

Great apartment. Close to walk everywhere
great, safe, and welcoming neighborhood. Grocery market across and great little bar at the corner. Awesome views of Castel de San Jorge, 24 de abril bridge ....Tram 28 takes u everywhere. Staff is unbelievable...they are there for anything you need. I would come back definitely.

The apartment is brand new and very comfortable. The management is very helpful and accommodating. The apartment is in a great location - about 6-7 euro to get to the airport or downtown.

Maybe worth another chance but ...
The location of our apartment was great, but we don't have much else good to stay about our stay. The service was not great -- we were told to call someone when we arrived, which we did, but then she arrived an hour later than she said she would. So we were waiting outside the apartment with a baby in the sun after traveling for 20+ hours. We were promised a crib, which we never received, and unfortunately the apartment wasn't very clean, especially the floors. The woman we were told to contact was nice, but she never called us back. There was no toilet tissue or any soap or towels, which would have been fine had someone told us we needed to bring this stuff, but no one did. Finally, we were charged twice by Sweet Inn -- the day before we checked in as well as the day of check in. So we have to go through the hassle of a hotels.com refund and multiple phone calls and emails to deal with this issue.

located in great part of Lisbon
Great location, lovely flat - worth noting the flat we were in was up four flights of stairs, so consider this if stairs are an issue. Flat has been done out really well, very big, perfect for our stay.

Pros:Very nice place, in the center of the city, very accessible, close to the markets, restaurant and the #1 stop of the turistic bus. The staff was multilingual, friendly and very helpful! Cons: The apartment has 3 small floors. You will be using the stairs. Disable people or others with problems maybe should try a different place.

Fabulous apartments at a great price in Lisbon!
We absolutely loved our apartment with Sweet Inn! It was in the Alfama district, right next to the castle. And just a short walk into the main part of the city. It couldn't have been a better location! The size of the apartment was great. We were two families - each two adults and one baby. They were very accommodating with getting us all the bedding we needed. We had a fabulous little balcony with a great view for you and your lunch date too! They provide fabulous service. The person who gave us our key provided us with her direct cell to call or text if needed anything at all. We actually ended up leaving something there and they were happy to send it to us abroad. Seriously, so helpful! We will definitely book with them again if we ever come back to Lisbon!

Nice, but could be great with small changes
Check in was late as we had to wait over 1hr 30mins for staff to turn up. They were apologetic, but wait this long after traveling and with 4 kids sitting outside the accommodation got things off on a negative. As we are on the negative footing, here are the rest; Negatives were: No locks on bathrooms/toilets, one door refused to even close. Not ideal with kids running in and out while you balanced on the toilet to ensure no one burst in. Broken shower curtain in bathroom 1, which kept falling off. Inadequate shower curtain in bathroom 2. Both issues leaving the bathroom floors drenched in water after even the quickest of showers. Cold during the evenings as there is only 2 small portable heaters, which are really inadequate for a room/s that size to heat up. Late arrival of the taxi ordered by the staff. Ordered for 04:30 arrived at 05:00. Leaving a stressful dash for the airport. On positive: Staff on call are very helpful and quick to act to resolve issues. Very close to most of the major attractions. Great bus, tram and train access Clean and comfortable rooms. Well equipped kitchen.

Good stay
Room was clean and all necessary items are available. Big shopping center is just 10minutes walk so easy to get things. Metro is also close (10min walk)but the apartment is located at the top of hill so sometimes feel hard to walk. But this will be usual for most of hotels/apartments in Lisbon. There are no elevators so we had to use stairs to the room. With small children and big luggages, it was a bit hard. Neighbors are very quiet at night, almost silence except life noise of people living upstairs/downstairs. One day we had a trouble for electricity but stuff were very helpful even though it was very early morning.

Great location and great value for money. If you have a car however parking is tricky as there is nowhere to park near the apartment which is located on a steep hill.

Schönes Apartment, tolle Lage, schöne Aussicht
Super gelegenes, sehr schönes Apartment mitten in der Altstadt (Alfama) auf dem Berg. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche mit allem, was zum Kochen braucht, sogar scharfe Messer und hochwertiges Geschirr, Schneidebretter etc.. Eine Nespresso Maschine war auch vorhanden. 2 Kapseln waren inklusive. Schade war, dass für 4,5 Tage nur ein Spülmaschinen Tab, nur ein Müllbeutel und ein Geschirrtuch zur Verfügung standen. Das Dachgeschoss Apartment war schön eingerichtet: Wohnraum mit Esstisch, große Küche, gemütliches Schlafzimmer und kleines Bad. Große Menschen würden hier mit dem Duschen Probleme bekommen, fürs uns war es gerade so ok. Der Badewannenstöpsel hat gefehlt, daher konnten wir nur duschen und nicht baden (schade). Leider hatten wir keine Terrasse, wie wir den Bildern nach fälschlicherweise annahmen (es werden alle Apartments des Anbieters gezeigt). Dennoch hat man vom Wohnzimmer aus eine phänomenale Aussicht auf die City, die Brücke Ponte 25 de Abril und die Christo Rei Figur am anderen Ufer. Die Gegend war sehr ruhig, gegenüber direkt ein schöner Supermarkt und sämtliche kleine Läden, ein Bäcker und viele Konditoreien und Cafés. Wir würden gern wiederkommen, wenn wir noch mal nach Lissabon kommen. Uns hat es sehr gefallen.

트램 28E노선 알파마지구 언덕쪽에 위치함. 호텔스닷컴에 제시된 주소가 아니라 Rua de S. Gens 10로 찾아가야 함. 리스본을 내려다보는 전망좋고 깔끔하고 편안함. 샤워기 고정장치에 문제가 있어 샤워기를 들고 샤워하는 것 과 살짝 구부리고 샤워해야하는 것만 빼면 아주 만족스러웠음. 세탁기는 안쪽 드럼통문을 닫아야한다는 것 알고 있으면 도움될 듯.

Lissabon ist ein Muss!! Die Gassen sind sehr speziell und haben ein besonderes Flair. Die Leute sind sehr freundlich. Die Taxis sind sehr günstig, aber die Tuk tuks hingegen sind recht teuer, aber ein Muss für eine Spritztour.

Schönes Apartment in guter Lage
Appartement in der 4. Etage, toller Blick auf Burg und Tejo; Aufzug, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine sind vorhanden, TV leider ohne deutsche Programme, in der Küche leider kein einziges scharfes Messer vorhanden. In der Duschwanne muss man den Kopf einziehen. Insgesamt wenig Stauraum vorhanden, wir ließen unsere Sachen im Koffer. In direkter Nähe zur Wohnung sind Bäcker, kleine Lebensmittelmärkte, Lokale und Haltestellen der sehr beliebten Tram Nr. 28. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Zur verabredeten Zeit für den check In kam der Vermieter über eine Stunde zu spät ohne nähere Begründung.

Leuk appartement aan de rand van het centrum
Leuk apppartement voor max. 4 personen; onze twee oudere kinderen sliepen op de slaapbank. Enig minpuntje waren de krappe Portugese afmetingen in de badkamer. Vooral het staand douchen in het bad was een uitdaging voor ons hele gezin. Wij zijn tussen 1.75 en 1.87 m. lang en stonden met ons hoofd in het Velux dakraam te douchen! Tegenover ons verblijf was een kleine supermarkt waar we inkopen deden voor het ontbijt. Vlakbij was ook de historische tram die je dichter bij het centrum kon brengen. Lopen was ook een optie, maar wel vermoeiend omdat er zoveel hoogteverschillen in de stad zijn. (Naar het centrum was een klein half uur lopen) Ook hebben wij gebruik gemaakt van de metro, al was het dichtstbijzijnde station wat lastig te vinden.

Das Apartment bietet einigen Komfort, es gibt drei Schlafzimmer, eine helle Küche und eine kleine Dachterrasse. Die Einrichtung ist im geschickt zusammengestellten "Ikea"-Stil, kombiniert mit portugiesischem Einrichtungsstil. Alles ist hell und freundlich. Die Küche enthält einiges an Geschirr und Kochutensilien, allerdings sollte man sich Basics, wie Zucker, Gewürze, Öl etc. selbst besorgen.

Schönes Appartement direkt in der Altstadt
die telefonische Voranmeldung klappte wunderbar, als wir eintrafen wurden wir schon erwartet. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Appartment liegt im Stadtteil Alfama, mit vielen engen Gässchen, kleinen Läden, wunderschönen Aussichtspunkten und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Nespresso- und Kaffeemaschine, ein großer Kühlschrank und auch eine Mikrowelle ist vorhanden. Das Appartment besteht aus zwei Stockwerken, im oberen Bereich, der mit einer engen Raumspartreppe verbunden ist gibt es noch ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit WC, sowie die kleine, feine Dachterrasse auf der wir immer gefrühstückt haben. In der Umgebung gibt viele kleine Restaurants in denen man gut und auch preisgünstig essen kann. Auch ein paar kleinerer Mini-Märkte für den täglichen Bedarf sind gut zu erreichen. Überhaupt ist man recht schnell an vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Es geht in den engen Gassen, auf Kopfsteinpflaster, immer auf und ab. Eine Haltestelle der E28 (alte Straßenbahn) befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir haben uns in dem Appartement sehr wohl gefühlt und kann es nur weiter empfehlen.

Fint och väldigt centralt.
Vi var väldigt nöjda med hotellets läge, hotellet var fräscht och rent. Personalen var trevlig men höll inte utlovad tid när de skulle komma till incheckning och utcheckning.

110 steps to heaven
Lissabon is een zeer prettige stad om in te verblijven. De mensen, de culturele bezienswaardigheden en het lekkere eten hebben onze vakantie tot een gemaakt die zeker voor herhaling vatbaar is. Een tip: laat alle toeristische dingen links liggen en begeef je tussen de mensen en leer het echte Portugal kennen. Maak gebruik van het openbaar vervoer en ontdek plekken die voor de meesten verborgen blijven.

Wir haben recht kurzfristig gebucht und hatten keine große Hoffnung etwas günstiges UND schönes noch zu bekommen, bis wir auf die Apartments von Sweet Inn gestoßen sind. Wir kennen uns gut aus in Lissabon und hatten uns daher schnell für die Wohnung an der Prachtstraße Avenida da Liberdade entschieden. Wir sind um 8.30 morgens schon in Lissabon gelandet und konnten uns schon um 10.00 mit einer Mitarbeiterin von SweetInn treffen, die uns dann die Wohnung gezeigt hat. Die Wohnung entspricht zu 100% den Bildern. Die Wohnung ist picobello sauber und hat alles was man benötigt. Voll ausgestattete Küche inkl Spül- und Waschmaschine. WLAN, Flachbild-TV mit Sat-Empfang, ein großes Boxspringbett, Bad mit Badewanne etc etc. Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Metrostation "Avenida" in einem kleinen Mode-Einkaufszentrum. Im Untergeschoss gibt es einen großen Foodcourt für den kleinen oder großen Hunger zwischendurch. In unmittelbarer Umgebung gibt es mehrere kleine Supermärkte für den täglichen Bedarf. Das historische Zentrum ist fußläufig in gut 10 Minuten zu erreichen (oder eben per Metro oder Bus). Die Wohnung geht zu einer Parallelstraße der Avenida raus; es kann nachts mitunter etwas lauter sein (zB wenn gegen 0.00h die Müllabfuhr kommt). Aber die Fenster sind gut isoliert.

Apartamento gigante
Uma otima opçao para viagem em grupo , com ampla aerea e quatro quartos o apartamento propicia muita convivencia entre os amigos , diferente de um quarto de hotel tradicional . Como nao se tratra de um hotel convencional nao tem limpeza e arrumaçao diaria . Recebemos o apartamento limpo e só . Nao tem elevador no predio por se tratar de um edificio antigo , e fica no quinto andar , esse é o unico ponto ruim e que deveria ser muito bem especificado na pagina . No nosso caso que contavamos com uma gravida no grupo , poderia ter sido um grande problema .

Appartamento spazioso, in zona centralissima
L'appartamento è al 4 piano senza ascensore, ma a parte questo è comodissimo per gli spostamenti in città. A due passi dalla principale via pedonale del centro di Lisbona, e a 3 minuti dalla metropolitana. Appartamento ben arredato, personale cordiale.

Appartement de Sao Mamede. L'appartement est très bien niveau confort. Cependant la nuit beaucoup de bruit dans la rue à cause d'un restaurant/bar juste en face avec des gens dehors jusque tard dans la nuit. A déconseiller pour ceux qui ont le sommeil léger. Sinon emplacement idéal proche de tout et surtout du quartier historique d'Alfama.
