Comfy and charming

Extremely comfy apartment in the middle of a clean and beautiful part of Lisbon. We loved our stay here. The air con is not in the bedroom so keep that in mind, it is only a small unit in the living room but it didn’t impact us at all. We would happily stay here again.

Unhappy to have to cab it to the office then another cab to the property. Property was hard to find and no access by vehicles. Long hall up hill dragging baggage and arrived only to find someone still in the unit and not cleaned. Office wasn’t too helpful but finally arranged cleaning in the evening. Rest of the stay was ok

DO NOT STAY HERE!

One of the worst days of my life. I accidentally overbooked by one day, so I tried to call them and see if they would work with me to get the last day removed. However, I couldn’t get in contact with them. The number listed was incorrect. I called Hotels.com and they couldn’t get in contact with them either but they gave me a second number to try and that phone number also didn’t work. I reached out via email, no response. I reached out through their chat option, with no response. I filled out the form stating what time I would arrive, which would be after hours. It said I would receive a check in instructions. No instructions were sent! The location was very hard to find. Not accessible by car. Definitely not handicap accessible. When I arrived at the time, I said I would I called only for them to tell me that I would have to pay a late fee. I already paid so much money for three nights and now I have to pay a late fee on top of it even though they knew what time I was coming. They are so money hungry. There is black mold in the bathroom. No door to the shower, water leaked all over the floor every time I showered. It was so bad that the downstairs neighbors came up to ask me about it. Host reassured me he would ask about that extra day. Did he get back to me no? So I asked front desk, they denied me immediately. Worst day of my life. Don’t stay here.

Joli mais pas très confortable

L'appartement est propre mais il fait un froid de canard avec une odeur d'humidité prononcée que l'on a dit donc on oublie l'usage de la machine à laver. Pas possible non plus de brancher plusieurs appareils ménagers car ça disjoncte. Aller chercher la clef pour le check in pour ensuite aller à l'appartement sans plan n'est pas pratique du tout.

L’appartement très bien situé et conforme aux descriptifs. Pour l’environnement c’est plus mitigé. L’accès en face du tram 28 n’est pas très propre et mal fréquenté ! Et pour la vue ne regarder pas en bas , c’est délabré !

The apartment was very spacious and in an interesting part of the historic district. We were happy with it. I did not like the offsite check-in. Rather inconvenient especially if you were just arriving to the city/country. We were use to travelling in Portugal with a car. Check-in was at 3pm and not a spot earlier. The apt is not a street that allows car parking so be prepared to walk up and down stairs. Again, this wasn't a problem for us. The heater blew when we plugged in the kettle despite being in different room. There was definite fire potential as it fried the plug tong. The breaker switched off so that was good. We were happy with the place once we found it but there are definite limitations for some people.

Wunderschönes Apartment, zentral gelegen. Für vier Personen gut geeignet. Die Anreise mit Gepäck ist allerdings etwas mühselig, man muss es über gepflasterte Stufen tragen.

L'appartement est exactement comme sur les photos, et est très bien situé pour découvrir Lisbonne. Le quartier peut paraître en mauvais état, mais nous nous y sommes très bien senti. Attention cependant, il y a un bar pile sous la fenêtre de la chambre, ce qui empêche de garder les fenêtres ouvertes (le double vitrage est nickel sur ce point-là) : cela veut dire qu'en cas de grosse chaleur, soit vous supportez le bruit, soit vous prenez un bon ventilateur. De même l'évacuation de l'humidité de la sdb ne se fait pas très bien, il faut aérer tous les jours. Globalement très satisfait, à choisir nous y reviendrons !

The accommodation was very nice and clean and well equipped however the electric kept going off if you had more than 3 things on at once like the cooker lights and TV. The agent however was more than helpful and apologetic and indicated that he would look into the problem after we went. The area was a bit neglected but was very central to shops bars and restaurants. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Vistelse mouraria hotel

Obeboeligt hotellrum. Elektriciteten gick via säkringen så fort man försökte sätta på vattenkokare och elementet samtidigt vilket gjorde vi fick laga mat i kylan. Ungen fick vi inte igång om inte kylskåpet var urkopplat. Dålig lukt med hög fuktighet, extrem kyla gjorde att vi båda fick lunginflammation efter en vecka. Extra sängen gick knappt att fälla ut. De borde renovera lägenheten pånytt innan de hyr ut vintertid, det är för kallt och dåligt utvädrat. Bra tv och bra wi-fi.
