They upgraded my room to the one with a modern bathtub. Though there was no airconditioner , the fan was strong enough to compensate for the coolness on the room . They even kept my luggage in storage as my flight was still in the evening . Location was excellent .

Seniors beware! There are 5-6 marble stairs at the entrance before you get to the elevator with no handrails which makes it difficult/dangerous to maneuver with suitcases. The mattress is spring and coils and unbearably uncomfortable. The bathroom is large and well equipped but we saw a silverfish, and the last night the A/C developed a noise that made it impossible to sleep. Other than that the staff was friendly and helpful.

Doesn’t look like much from the outside but the room itself was very nice and comfortable. Nice view of the street. Near the park and the main shopping area of Avenida da Liberdade and very walkable all around. No frills but a good spot.

Enjoyed our stay! The staff was very friendly and helpful! Walking distance to the river Tagus. The hotel is in a shopping area that has higher end stores, but convenient to get around on foot. We found we really didn't need public transport. The room was large, clean and comfortable. Very quiet hotel. My only comment is that the front sign is quite subtle and if you didn't know what you were looking for you could walk by.

Everything was great and excellent staff and room. Just a heads up to future travellers, parking is close to the property but unloading luggage could be tedious as there's a one-way road infront of the property and there is not elevators if you're carry lots/heavy luggage. Other than that, the staff and space is very nice. The location is very walkable to anything you may need.

Near metro and safe location

The staff here were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. You are just a few blocks from the metro station. The bathroom in our unit was incredibly tiny. Have to turn sideways to get in and out of the bathroom door. If all the bathrooms are that way it would be a good fit for a larger person but the place was clean and nice and in a safe part of town.

the room and bathroom were good but the TV does not have English subtitles. If you are a light sleeper, the traffic with cars and trucks going by , it will wake you up feeling like if you are going over bumps. It kept me awake. Otherwise it is a nice facility

The room hasn't any electric plugs in the room, only in bathroom and staff gived extencion cable. The reception guy flirting all woman guests, than says its joke, what a bad way to communication. The bad is ok, comfortable and clean. Sound isolation is not good, you can hear next rooms, unfortunately. They keep my luggage for free 5 hours.
