강이 보이는 전망이 좋았습니다.
알파마 지구에 위치해 대성당과 두 솔 광장과 가까웠습니다. 맛있고 저렴한 식당도 많았습니다. 아파트 시설은 그다지 깨끗하지 않았습니다.

집 위치가 중심가와 좀 거리가 있고, 밤에 걸어가면 무서울 것 같아요. 여자분들만 계시다면 이 숙소는 피하셔야 할 듯. 집이 나무로 되어있어서 굉장히 습하고, 전체적으로 기울어진 느낌이라 자기 힘들었습니다. 약간 어지러워서 집에 있기 힘들 정도였어요. 저희는 5명이서 묵었는데 굉장히 비좁아서 움직이는데도 힘든 작은 집이었습니다.

Great location but needs improvement
It was tough call deciding within a few weeks away where to stay in Lisbon. And of course options with good reviews where already booked. I decided to give it chance and went all in with Alfama River Apartments. If you are making a decision based on the photos provided please abort. The photos are not accurate. The check in process was fast and if you follow the instructions provided before you check in, you won't have any issues. The apartment was big in size but definitely is in need of an update. It just gives the impression between being very rustic or not. Didn't like the fact that the shower needs cleaning. Also the property sells the fact that parking is free and included. This is not accurate. The location was a plus (excellent location)!

Bem localizado, porém mal cuidado.
O apartamento está localizado na área histórica (velha) da cidade. Cercado por várias opções de pequenos restaurantes, lojas e mercadinhos. Apesar do ótimo atendimento o apartamento infelizmente não está em boas condições de manutenção.

Jättebra läge. Dock var det dåligt med Köksutrustning och vi var tvungna att säga till. En lägenhet för sex personer. Tre stora skedar, inga små skedar och inga glas. Muggar som var spruckna. Ett tips är att se över köket efter varje vistelse. Vore trevligt om det även fanns vinglas. I köket fanns enbart två stolar, också ett tips att införskaffa några fler. Toaborste fick vi också be om.

Per accedere all'appartamento la scala è eccessivamente ripida e stretta, ma nel rione Alfama non si può pretendere di meglio. Pessima l'organizzazione tra Hotels.com e la struttura: sul sito mi si assicurava di poter pagare con carta di credito, mentre la struttura non è in grado di accettarla, costringendo il cliente a ritirare i contanti per pagare.

Le scale sono strette, è tipico del Bairro de Alfama, ma in futuro proveremo a migliorare. Per quanto riguarda Hotels.com, abbiamo accennato che il pagamento è solo tramite bonifico o in contanti, ne vale la pena non informare il cliente come dovrebbe essere. Ci scusiamo per gli eventuali disagi e speriamo che tornino

Tres beau et beaucoup de charme.
L’appartement est très jolie, fonctionnel, et très agréable. Au cœur du quartier de l’alfama, il y a des restaurants et des lieux à visités à quelques mètres. Il n’y a cependant pas de fenêtre dans les chambres de l’appartement mais seul bémol, la clim est top et l’appartement très bien équipé.

Le logement était situé au 4e étage, ce qui n'est pas dans la description. 4 escaliers à pic qui ressemblaient plus à une échelle pour les derniers. Pour des personnes de 63 ans avec bagages c'était inacceptable. De la part d'Expedia c'est une faute inadmissible. Il fallait le mentionner. Par ailleurs, la salle de bain était très sale. C'était révoltant. Mais nous étions pris. Voyez les photos.

Slecht onderhouden & schimmel in badkamer
Deze accommodatie is geen aanrader, slecht onderhouden accommodatie, veel is kapot met tape of pur gerepareerd en de badkamer zat onder de schimmel. Open bedrading van elektriciteit kortom nog gevaarlijk ook. Bij klagen was het moeizaam, je wordt van het kastje naar de muur gestuurd tussen de beheerder en het hoofdkantoor. Uiteraard het is een oud gebouw - ligging in Alfama - maar het onderhoud is gewoon slecht. Oud ok, maar geen onderhoud en alle reparaties waren knullig en onprofessioneel gedaan.

Tiny apartment
The unit did not even come close to the photos posted online. It was located on the fourth floor with stairs that were dangerously steep! The toaster did not work and the bathroom door knob was broken as the one bedroom. The positive side is that it has a great view and is very close to everything!

Great area, but too expensive.
This apartment has obviously been renovated recently with all expenses spared. The kitchen was put together from left overs from other projects and a 3-hand sofa looked pretty sad. The apartment was on the 4th floor on top of a narrow and steep staircase and very few of the photos is from this apartment. The view was great and the internet worked fine. The service on arrival was great. All in all, I think it is over-priced.

A steep climb but worth the effort
Very traditional building very well located for transport and walking into the city centre. We were on 4th floor and there are no lifts and the stairs are very steep, however, the apartment was worth the climb. It has a small kitchen with everything you need (washing machine, oven, microwave, fridge etc) and great views. The windows all opened allowing a through breeze to keep the place cool in 30+ degrees. Will definitely go back if the opportunity arises.

Poor Management & Backed Up Sewer Gasses in Apt.
The drain to the shower wasn't draining when we arrived, they took care of that, but then sewer gasses were backing up through the now open drain. We asked several times for them to handle it. They were very dismissive, saying it is normal in Lisbon.... Sewer gasses are dangerous and are not "normal" in residences. We had to have all the windows in the apartment open to vent the gasses the entire time we were there. They sent someone out once and they said they didn't smell the gas, so there must not be a problem. Well we had all the windows open, so you wouldn't smell it! The renting company was very dismissive and NEVER corrected the problem. I would not stay there, and would warn anyone else considering it to reflect upon whether you want to be breathing in sewer gasses from everyone else's apartment through your bathroom! Also, you should take note of how poorly we were treated when you make your decision.

Cute little flat in the heart of the Alfama area
The area was amazing! We loved the Alfama district and it had great food. The owners gave us a list of restaurants - some of them weren't as great as we'd hoped, but others were good. The flat had an amazingly rustic feel. Pinterest-worthy tiles and decor. Very nice for a small family.

Apartamentos muy bien situados en Alfama
Situados al lado del Panteón y de la estación de Santa Apolonia, estos apartamentos están rehabilitados con muy buen gusto y están prácticamente nuevos. El único pero son las estrechas y empinadas escaleras, el resto perfecto. Wifi buena, muchos canales de tv, menaje, lavadora, lavavajillas. Muy tranquilo si vas con niños, aunque el barrio está un poco descuidado, por desgracia algo muy habitual en Lisboa

We enjoyed our stay however, we initially had difficulty getting access to the room which was very frustrating. When you arrive to the address, there is no main office or any information about how to contact the host. The host did not answer the telephone number that was provided by hotels.com, which required us to call hotels.com several times to figure out how to contact the host. The location is good for the Alfama area.

Excellent location
The location was perfect, a short distance from the metro, in a lively neigbourhood, yet quiet at night. The apartment is beautiful and very well appointed. I would have given a five star rating if I had not had some difficulty contacting the owner when I needed to on a Saturday.

Goed te bereiken met openbaar vervoer vanaf vliegveld. Centraal gelegen, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien.

At the end of a steep climb and no lift (elevator)
Don't book this apartment unless you are absolutely fit. This apartment is at the end of s steep climb and on the 4th or 5th floor. After climbing the hill you have climb 4-5 floors of narrow steps to get to your apartment. I thought I was fit until I got here! This particular apartment is clean but the building it houses seems very old and run-down. The apartment has been renovated but all the stuff inside is cheap, walmart stuff. The flexible-hose shower wouldn't stay in place because the holder, although new, is cheap plastic one! The apartment has a fully-equipped kitchen. Actually, the stuff in the kitchen are of very good quality. The apartment has a nice view of the river but the climb is so taxing that I wouldn't recommend it to others unless they are very fit.

El apartamento es bonito y muy agradable, con buenas vistas y con encanto. Un poco pequeño y con tres tramos de escaleras muy empinadas que para niños o con equipaje son peligrosas.

Alfama - Overlooking the harbor
This was a great little apartment looking out over the harbor in the Alfama district. We stayed on the 4th floor which is 4 sets of steep staircases up, no elevator. This worked for us and the property manager helped to get our suitcases upstairs, but for those who do not like stairs, this would not be a good apartment to stay in. The view was fantastic of the harbor and the neighborhood has a lot of charm. It is fairly quiet in the evenings and the sounds of Fado music can be heard as the restaurants nearby host Fado shows.

Trata-se de apartamento por isso não tem serviço de quarto. O apartamento é amplo e estava bem equipado. Os colchões não estavam em condições satisfatórias e em determinadas horas o chuveiro não tinha água quente. Gostei muito da localização pois fica próximo a Estação de metro de Santa Apolónia, onde haviam também algumas linhas de trem. Neste local também tem partidas de Cruzeiros e tambem fica próximo ao Panteão e a Feira da ladra. A pessoa que nos recebeu foi muito prestativa e nos deu várias dicas do local. Ficamos 14 dias e como tivemos alteração do vôo na volta entramos em contato com a empresa e foram muito amáveis em nos deixar prorrogar nossa estadia por quase meio dia sem custo adicional.

Merveilleuse vue sur le Tage, salle de bains mériterait d'être refaite. Dommage que ce n'est pas indiqué à quel étage se trouve l'appartement (bien équipé), car grimper 100 marches très dures avec du bagage n'est pas une mince affaire pour une personne agée.
