Small boutique hotel just off the main street. It was perfect for our stay. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Nearest metro is a 7 min walk away and its situated between 3 metro stations.

We chose this hotel because it looked clean and comfortable and was good value for my birthday break. I was excited to use our newly acquired Expedia gold status but was told we were already in an upgraded room. We were given room 106 which was right next to the lift, the breakfast room/ bar and at the back of the hotel. This meant that we were woken up as the staff arrived for breakfast shift - for some reason, the lights in that room also brightly lit up the area outside our room. Nobody was noisy - it was just not well soundproofed with a gap around the door seal. We had the same issue at night because of the bar. To be honest, despite the room being an ok size, I was disappointed with the lack of any view at all. We could see a small covered area outside which had been lined with the same plastic plant wall as in the breakfast room. Our bathroom was dated - not like the pictures online. We had a bath which couldn’t be used. Everything was lovely and clean - no issues there, but due to the position of our room, I just didn’t sleep that well during the 5 night stay. I’ve given 4 stars as it was clean, friendly and we got good value but I wouldn’t stay again unless we were in a different room.

It is a small hotel in a quiet side street, yet giving easy access to local bars and restaurants. There aree 2 metro stations about 10 minutes walk away giving easy access to downtown Lisbon.

I absolutely loved this hotel! Everything was great: room silent and really cozy full of gadgets, breakfast buffet very rich in variaties of sweet and savoury food, the staff was very kind and speak English very fluently (possibly other languages but I didn't test it), everything clean and trasportation really close to by walk to Saldanha and Arroios metro stations. I highly recommend Dinya Lisbon Hotel! Ho adorato questa struttura! È stato tutto fantastico: camera silenziosa e davvero molto confortevole fornita di ogni comodità, buffet della colazione ottimo ricco sia di prodotti dolci che salati ho mangiato da vera regina, il personale molto gentile parla fluentemente l'inglese (forse anche altre lingue, io ho usato l'inglese), tutto veramente pulito e trasporti molto vicini metro di Saldanha e Arroios a circa 10 minuti a piedi. Raccomando caldamente il Dinya Lisbon Hotel!

The customer service was fantastic. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. It wasn't nosy so we could sleep at night. All the staff was so helpful. We had a wonderful time. Thank you.

Good hotel for a quick stay.
Solid no frills hotel. Bathroom was quite large in our room which was a plus. Location is not the prettiest but quiet and didn’t feel unsafe.

Small rooms but well appointed and newly updated. Great breakfast. Just outside of the main tourist area so be ready for a 10 minute walk to the metro.

We loved our time at the Dinya hotel
Lovely 5 day stay as a couple. The hotel is in a safe and well connected area with plenty of good eateries and restaurants. The breakfast had fresh and tasty items. The staff is very polite and friendly, the room was quiet and super clean. Well done Dinya team!

Bugs in the room - staff ignoring that
When we arrived there was no issues and the hotel looked to be good other than the room being a bit small and location is not the best. However it quickly turned worse. Only took 1 day to find smaller bugs in the room and one more to find a cockroach outside. One day we were having some snacks in the area with a couple of chairs on the bottom floor (where they have cookies and water for the guest to take) . One member of the staff approached us and asked why we are not eating in our room. We answered that there are bugs in the room and it’s small so we don’t want to eat snacks in bed. He just responded with some nod and did not even comment on the situation with bugs. On the last day we assumed that we had late checkout since our booking confirmation said so. We went out and had breakfast and whilst eating we receive an email saying that we most urgently must pick up our things and check out. We rush back to the hotel with the staff saying that we did not have late checkout and after showing them our booking confirmation they said that they haven’t received this information from Expedia and therefore is not their fault. Furthermore they locked our door with our bags and valuables inside it and opened the window, which is not okay since we are on the bottom floor of the building.

OV is vlakbij. Bushalte op nog geen 5 minuten lopen en metro en bus (die direct naar het vliegveld gaat) is op nog geen 10 minuten lopen van de accommodatie.

Hotel localizado perto das partes antigas de Lisboa. Atendimento excelente e muito atenciosos. Ótimo e variado café da manhã. Quarto e banheiro pequenos mas bem estruturados e limpos. Very comfortable and clean
Wonderful stay. So comfortable and super clean. Room and bathroom were relatively large by European standards. The family room with separate twin beds for our teenage kids were perfect. Staff was so kind and helpful. It was convenient for our car rental and also easy from the airport. Breakfast and locked luggage room were great (and needed) amenities. Quiet and safe area. We would easily return.

Hotel confortable
Agréable séjour dans cet hôtel tres propre. Le petit dejeuner est servi dans un patio sous forme de buffet. Par contre pas de salon pour prendre.un verre malgre le prix. Un peu éloigné du centre-ville sauf si vous prenez le métro souvent bondé.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. It was very cozy, very clean, the staff were all very helpful, kind, friendly and accommodating. We loved the breakfast. The location is great too, very quiet neighborhood, walking distance from the subway, and even right next door to a laundromat. It was our first trip to Portugal and we were so pleased that our hotel turned out to be great! It made our trip even more memorable. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to everyone travelling to Lisbon.

Great experience but,
The hotel was wonderful and the breakfast was AMAZING but, we paid for 3 rooms and 2 groups could not make it because their planes were postponed in the States because of the terrible winter storm. The hotel would make no accommodation for this situation. The wouldn't even return the value of the breakfast that was paid for for the 9 people who didn't make it. The hotel management should have been more flexible. It may be cultural or poor customer relations. In the States, some allowance would have been made. We had called ahead to notify the hotel of our travel problems.
