The front desk staff are always wonderful and very helpful. However, i’m not going to stay there again because there is no hot water for a comfortable shower. Had to wait over 8 minutes from for water to get slightly warm and not ever warm enough for a comfortable shower.

Room was clean and yes...you are greeted by Sir Thomas the hotel cat whose been there for eleven years. Staff was amazing too!
