"The staff was very kind and welcoming, but I especially want to recognize the front desk clerk with blonde hair, piercings, and tattoos. She was extremely nice and helpful throughout my stay. This was my first time visiting Jacksonville, Florida, so I asked her a few questions about the area and places I could visit. She gave me several recommendations and answered all of my questions to the best of her knowledge. She truly went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and helped make my first experience in Jacksonville a great one. Her kindness and customer service definitely stood out to me, and because of that experience, I would absolutely stay here again when I come back to Jacksonville. Thank you for being so helpful and welcoming!"

"I would highly suggest bringing extra water and food and when picking up the shuttle calling ahead to request. Make sure to make reservations for all on site restaurants. This is my favorite property and location. I would highly recommend for families and couples."

"The staff was absolutely amazing! Everyone we encountered on the property was helpful, attentive, and incredibly competent. The property itself is beautiful, and it truly feels like they’ve thought of everything to make your stay special. From the full-service pool experience to the coffee shop and variety of restaurants, every detail made our stay enjoyable. We had such a wonderful time and will definitely be back! I also had the opportunity to enjoy the spa, which was beautiful, relaxing, and the perfect way to unwind. Overall, an exceptional experience from start to finish!"
